We had a very positive experience with Watertight Pro and would strongly recommend them to anyone!We wanted to install a new skylight so made sure to find a company that specialized in skylights. We also needed to replace our old roof and 2 existing skylights. We own a log cabin which often adds a lot of unexpected complexity to home renovations, but Manny was up for a "challenge project" and has done log cabins before.Manny and his crew obviously know what they're doing and take a lot of pride in their work. The entire job was done very professionally and efficiently, down to making sure our house was cleaned up inside and outside (no nails in the yard, no extra mess or damage inside). The roof and skylights look great. We are very happy.

Watertight did a complete re-roof on my house and really exceeded all my expectations.. The estimation and proposal process was thorough and done in a timely manner. The estimate was the best economical compare to the two other proposals. The project was handled smooth, efficient, detailed and cleaned. Excellent communication which made me feel confident in his abilities to complete the project. Crew was excellent. This was a very professional job from beginning to end. We’re extremely satisfied. Manny was the only one of the three contractors to give me estimates who actually went up on the roof and examined it closely. (The other two just assessed it from the ground and from photos from above.) He gave me the lowest estimate and was always very responsive, personable, polite, and thorough. The roof looks beautiful and he left the property in better shape than he found it, cleaning up the leaves in the flower beds.and on the walkways around the house.

Manny was very professional and communicative. He sent me photos throughout the progress of the work, which I appreciate it, because I could not be on site. He removed a huge cast-iron pipe that was leaning dangerously to the side, and replaced with PVC.

Manny and his team installed two skylights in our attic space today and they did a great job! He was helpful in picking out the size skylights he thought would be best for our space and in placing them. He was easy to work with and knowledgable about the Velux products, and left everything nice and clean.

Watertight Roofing redid my roof in Stoneham. I found Manny to be extremely responsive to any questions I had, and very professional. He told me the crew would be here at 7 am to start the work, and at 655 am 3 trucks pulled up with a dumpster, and they were ready to go. The new roof install went smoothly, and he demonstrated my new solar shaded skylights which I am thrilled with. They look much nicer than the old, and the seal is tight. The job was done in 2 days as promised, and the crew cleaned up nicely. They were respectful of my lawn and garden. No debris was left around the house. The roof looks great, and although I have not had it long enough to be sure everything is tight, I am sure Manny and his crew did a professional job, and I expect no future problems. I am very happy with the job!

We had leaks in the fron porch and back window. Work was completed on time and explained in detail of the job. Manny showed the old worn down metal flashing and replace the aluminum around windows.

This company did my whole house roofing job but trust me this company is not trustable. I have very bad experience with this company. I do not want to go in details but in short I will not recommend this company for any kind of house job. I Called him five times for roof leaking different places but still could not fix. Today I called somebody to fix the leaking and I had to spend a lot more money for this job. I will not recommend this company to my friends and family. However upto you if you want to take chance. Good luck.

Extremely good experience. Have been landlord for 50 years. Was impressed by Manny, knew exactly what he was doing and did not cut any corners. A 100% job. Had a leaking skylights. Instead of smearing roofing cement around, he unmounted the skylights, reworked the curbs (wooden box holding the skylights), sealed everything with new membrane all over and and then remounted the skylights. No more leaks of course and I am a happy camper!

These guys are the best in the business. I was stuck playing phone tag with for months with two different roofers before I found Watertight Pro, who displayed every ounce of professionalism from start to finish. I called for a quote on Friday and they were out the next afternoon to take a look. Juan was always prompt, responsive, courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing before he did it. I am thoroughly impressed and will be using Watertight Pro in the future, should I need any more roofing done. Couldn't be happier!

Watertight Pro is exceptional! They installed three Velux skylights at our home in Allston, quickly and beautifully. Watertight pro and Manny were great! Called him one Friday morning to talk about replacing 3 skylights as one had started to leak. He showed up that same afternoon and checked every thing out. He gave me info on all the options I had. We figured out what we wanted and reached out, he ordered what we needed and scheduled a day to install once they came in. Day of install he showed up on time and him and the crew had everything done in about 5 hours! Communicated well about everything and was very friendly/ courteous.
