Tolman did a great job re-screening and remodeling my front porch. They rebuilt the front steps with plastic wood (probably not the technical description) and replaced the railings with beautiful vinyl ones. They painted both this porch and my back porch, and replaced the missing downspout on the gutter. Anthony did a great job leading his team; the job was able to start (and therefore finish) earlier than expected, so I am back to enjoying bug-free times on the porch, especially now that the heat has broken.I have gotten many comments from folks going by saying how great it looks.Service: Remodeling

The finished product is absolutely stunning. There are aspects of my project that even I could not envision to be as beautiful as they came out. I would have given 5 stars, except it is important to mention that throughout the entire process, the workers they hired were very messy on site. I was promised daily clean up of site, but had to remind them often. The contract written out was very basic and did not include specifics which lead to some confusion later in the process, but that was correctible. I am still very happy with the outcome of the project. The staff both in office and on site were always very polite and kind. Thank you for completing the largest project I have ever been through, walking me through it as much as I needed to be, and for an addition that I will enjoy for many many years.

I heard about this company from the web. They are also known in this area very well. From the minute I contacted them I had a lot of questions and requests. I own a 1800s home and I have a lot of work to do on it. It’s also my first home. I was simultaneously doing a large amount electrical work. We had a problem with town permits and the project was scheduled for spring. But my roof started leaking and they were able to quickly get it done. It looks very good. I have to say this is a company that if there’s anything more you need or want just ask and they accommodate. They also never make an anxious homeowner feel annoying . I was having my front door replaced and there was water damage and wood rot below the door that needed repair before the new door could go in.Tolman was recommended through a local Facebook page. I reached out and Matt Tolman came out to give an estimate at the first time that I was available.I was sent a quote later that day with a price to expect unless they found worse damage.He worked with me and the company that I bought the door from and was able to get me scheduled sooner than expected.Great work, left area clean and ready for the installation.Every time I had questions or needed to reach them I was answered so quickly and they were very professional.If I had known about them sooner and knew it would be this good of service I would have had them do the door install as well.I will contact them for future projects.Service: Home repairs

Used them for a 3 season addition, workers have been great any questions I am given great answers to the question. If I'm genuinely curious about something and just wanted to learn about the general construction of the addition or how something was done I get a great explanation. I'm planning on getting more work done with Tolman. Tolman is very modern with the payment system they use I get an email with each invoice I pay and a new receipt with all past payments and remaining total that's itemized each time. If you want quick reliable service this is the place to call. I needed the master bath done drywall work and painted. I spoke with him on Tuesday and that Friday the drywall guy had showed up and completed the entire job in one day. The painters are due to show up Monday. Very professional and friendly.
