Had Burke & Sons come out for a second opinion after being told I needed to replace my furnace by another local company. I had zero issues with my furnace prior to a recent cleaning. Jim came out literally a few hours after I called. He came with lots of tools and knowledge. He spent a good amount of time running many tests and allowing me to hover and ask questions. He determined that we did NOT need a new furnace, which was music to my ears. I wasn’t even charged for his time or his service. He did however recommend another cleaning since the previous company did a terrible job. I happily obliged. Matt and Alex then came out for a cleaning about a week later and did a great job. They were very thorough, knowledgable, and explained everything. The whole experience was a 10/10 from beginning to end. This company truly exemplifies the definition of honesty and integrity. They now have a customer for life.

Our hot water heater was done and needed to be replaced. They were at my house ready to go installing a new tank in under two hours! The guys that came were extremely professional and personable! Everything is working perfectly now, the water heater is high quality and I just can’t believe how fast and efficient they were. I can’t thank them enough! Would highly recommend!

I called Burke and sons plumbing and heating at 4pm on Friday night 3 days before Christmas with a water heater issue, Jim was at the house within a half hour to do a quote on a water heater replacement and even did a temporary fix to get me through the holidays at no cost. Dave came and replaced the unit and had it done in a couple hours so I didn’t need to take the full day off from work, the work was great, the clean up was fantastic and the full experience with Burke and sons was a pleasant one. 10/10 would recommend and I wouldn’t have anyone else doing plumbing in my house.

Super prompt responses from this company both from their office workers and technicians when multiple other companies did not even bother to call me back. Always were on time and informative about what was happening. Very reasonable price as well for fairly substantial work. Highly recommend.

We just bought an old farmhouse from 1900 and we had Jim Burke (the owner!) come out to quote our job of replacing and shortening up our bathroom baseboard heater and changing out our kitchen sink so we can install a dishwasher. Nancy in the office made scheduling a breeze and Jim was out within a day or two and had both quotes the next day for us! He was honest, thorough, explained everything AND answered all my questions! We were able to schedule the work for the next week and it was just completed today. Accepting the estimate and payment was also super easy! Can’t wait to have them come out to do the sink next! Would highly recommend! :)

Adam installed a re-сirculating pump under a vanity to get hot water faster to the sink. He also discovered that the existing shut offs were not working so he was able to replace those. As he left I realized we may have the same shut off issue with the other sink so he came back to do that in the same day! Very helpful and professional!

Thrilled with the service received from Burke & Sons from start to finish. Setting up the appointment was excellent and availability was great! Justin & Adam were a fantastic duo! They were well equipped and so clean - they even swept up all the crud and junk from behind my gas range before installing the new one. I hired them to disconnect my old gas range, install the new gas range - and haul away the old. Very pleased with this! They were so quick and tidy. As they were packing up to go I mentioned that I had a leaking shower valve / shower assembly (30 years old!) that I wasn't sure how to address. Asked them to take a look so I could hire them in the future. They quickly identified the issue and that a rebuild would solve my problem. They priced the work out and offered to complete the work same day. Well, they were able to get it done in the very same visit! Lucky for me they had the perfect fit Kohler parts in their supplies on the truck so they very kindly squeezed in another hour or more of work to give me a beautiful, shiny and new Kohler shower assembly in the same visit. What a great day, what great service! Big fan of Burke & Sons -- and kudos to Adam & Justin! Super professional and nice guys. They even made friends with my nosy / needy puppy! Big fans. Tech showed up and gave me a price of $350.00 to swap out a mixing valve on my water heater. Said it would take about a half hr. Service call $90. Can't complain about that. Parts about $50. Can't complain about that. Another $200.00 labor for half hr. Thats $400.00 an hr. Can complain about that. Talk about ridiculous!!! I paid the $90 and said goodbye! Never again with them.

I can’t recommend Burke and Sons to enough people. Not only were they very prompt and professional when my wife and I were in need of a LARGE drainage line retrofit, see new drains installed in photo below, but even when we just needed a furnace check and cleaning we received the same professionalism and promptness. When the owner came by to quote the larger drainage job, not only did he offer suggestions on additional work that we have since benefited from but the estimate came in under our budget and his team was able to complete the entire job in 1 day (save for the washing machine drain) but he explained that could be a problem before hand. All work was completed beautifully and exactly as we agreed to. Even when they came across some unforeseen issues…needing to run a few extra vent lines to the roof, they made sure to tuck the lines into the corner of linen closet and made very small cutouts to the pre-existing shelves.I WOULD highly suggest working with Burke and sons for any HVAC/plumbing project you have, big or small, I know I will keep using them!!Services: HVAC system maintenance, Plumbing pipe repair, Sewer repair

Adam and Niko were prompt, efficient, respectful and professional as they explained what was needed to fix various plumbing issues in my bathroom including a new shower valve assembly and shower fixture replacement, outside spigot replacement, toilet fill valve issue, and 2 sink fixture replacements. They had my complete trust in their knowledge and skills. They were great about checking and re-checking for leaks and leaving the areas clean.
