We just finished a large project including a new roof and 12 Velux skylights. We could not have made a better decision than hiring Adam Quenneville Roofing and Siding for this job! Everyone we dealt with was very helpful in answering all of our questions.Marcus and his crew were fantastic! I have heard of this company for many years. Bought our home 7 years ago with no idea who did the roof, had a micro burst about three weeks ago in Palmer ma insurance wants nothing to do with it Adam and his team were able to get the job done in no time at our home with all the calls I’m sure they got they came right out Got it done in one day. Marcus Jorge was excellent. He kept a close eye on all work being done. He was helpful and patient with all of our questions about the work being done. He went back over and corrected any areas of the job that we brought up.His crew was hard working through challenging weather and completed near the entire roof ( 53 squares) in just over 1 day. It was especially important with rain and snow expected soon.I would highly recommend him and his crew for your next roofing project.

Two weeks agon Adam Quinneville Roofing came to do a roof shampoo on my garage roof. The crew that came was efficient, thorough, and very professional. The roof looks like new!! I am looking forward to having them back to replace the roof on the main house. When they gave me an estimate for the main house, I found it to be fair and reasonable. I would give Adam Quinneville Roofing 5 stars. Needless to say, I am very satisfied with their service.

This was the second time we contacted Adam Quenneville to do some work on the roof of our house in Hadley, MA, and we have been quite satisfied with them both times.Fabiano and crew came both times and were quick, competent, friendly, and professional.A few weeks ago in a stretch of the severe rain we've been having, we developed a leak near where our plumbing vent pipe comes through the roof. We contacted James Bonavita who came out to look at the situation and after talking with him about that and a few other minor problems, we scheduled the crew to come out and replace the boot around that pipe and to take the opportunity to replace a nearby skylight, which was badly in need of replacing, as well as fixing a slipped shingle.Our roof is very high and very steep and so requires a bit of an extra effort to work on and the crew did an amazing job. In spite of the fact that they were very clear that they do not do interior carpentry to fix up the wooden lining of the inside portion of the skylight, they were willing to perform a quick trim to it so that it would fit back in place with the new skylight, leaving us with a situation that is plenty good enough until we can get someone in to fix up the interior portion more fully.While they were here, they also pointed out a few other issues that we might want to keep an eye on for the future, while also being very clear that they weren't trying to sell us on further work. After checking back in with James, we determined that those were things to keep an eye on, but that they weren't necessary to do anything about yet and would require a more extensive job when they did. I definitely appreciated the combination of a good heads up about potential issues down the road with an honest assessment of the urgency (or lack of it).On the scheduling and office side of it, they were available to do the work in very short order after we initially contacted them, though the continued rainy weather did necessitate rescheduling a couple of times (outside of anyone's control), and on the day of, it was a good thing that we were home because they arrived considerably earlier in the afternoon than the office indicated. This was likely a good thing as the crew, I think, had a better sense of how long the job would take than the office did, seeing as our roof is a difficult one, and I'm not sure they would have had enough time to finish the job if they had arrived quite as late as the office had told us. As it was, they came in the early afternoon and were finished with the whole job by the end of the workday including taking the time to leave the site cleaner than it was when they started.I have no reservations recommending Adam Quenneville for roofing work in the area and would be thrilled to have Fabiano and crew back for whatever future needs we have.

Got the roof shampoo and some other services from AQR this spring. Not gonna lie, as soon as I tried to think of a company to call to service my home in Williamsburg, that dad gum jingle popped right into my head and that’s who I called! Great marketing team over there. The rep was polite and timely, and bundled a nice package of new gutters, chimney flashing repair, and a full Roof Shampoo with “tune up” and“Roof Max” to actually inhibit future growth. They took every spec of algae, moss and dirt off of the shingle surface. I’m really shocked at how well it worked. “Roof Shampoo”, who knew??? Kaio Leles and his crew of two got it done fast and did a great job cleaning up afterwards, which is much appreciated! Real nice job guys! I’ll use AQR for my future roofing needs and would reccomend them any day!

Fabiano and his team did a terrific job replacing the roof on our home. They arrived promptly and worked well together. Additionally, because we have solar hot water panels on our roof which required removal and remounting, we requested that they work with our solar technician to accomplish this work. They did so professionally, thus making the entire experience pain free for us. They also did a great job with cleanup after the fact- an important detail as we have dogs and needed to ensure there were no dangers to them after all was complete. Fabiano also returned several days after completion to check on the work and make one small adjustment. We have worked with Adam Quenneville in the past, and will do so in the future if needed.

I recently had my roof replaced by Adam's team and am beyond happy and impressed with the results! His team is not only professional but also quick, efficient, and skilled at what they do! They were on time to start, and done before they expected to finish! There were also numerous spots that needed to be fixed due to previous leaks and they were clear in their communication of how to address the problems. They even went out of their way to take a vent off of our roof and patch the spot, which we would have had to do our selves! The team even took off siding to show us other leaking spots that we didn't know about prior! We are so happy we went with Adam's team and will be sure to use him for any other roof/siding tasks in the future! I truly can't recommend them enough!!

2 Years ago Adam Quenneville replace my roof and installed new siding. Excellent job the crew did for me. about a month ago a tree fell into my house and destroyed part of the new roof and siding. We had a partial roof repair and replacement done with Adam Quenneville. Joseph Snopek came to our home to give us a free estimate on the very same day of our call. He was thorough in his inspection and explained clearly what was needed. The estimate was fair; it was the lowest of all the estimates we received. We accepted their service and were required to put down 1/3 of the total. The repair was scheduled the same week of our call and the work was completed quickly. The team was friendly and professional. Marcus Jorge oversaw the job and made sure it was done correctly. They cleaned up the roof and our yard when the job was complete. The final payment was due on completion. We were very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend their services.

The Adam Quenneville Team did a great job installing our new roof. Ken and Lynn were our points of contact and they were onsite and easily available for all questions. But the crew was amazing. They worked so well as a team and turned our yard into a work site and then back into a yard same day. Ken and Lynn were very helpful with post roof job questions as well. The dumpster process was smooth and easy and the driver was very attentive to our brick driveway so dumpster did not leave any type of damage or marks to the driveway.

The whole experience was excellent, from the estimate discussion (no sales pitch) that took a good two hours and included a detailed inspection, to the actual roof replacement in one day (photos at each critical step, amazing, hard-working crew), to the follow-up (reimbursement for unused materials). Given how chaotic (now that's an understatement) my house remodeling has been so far, the dreaded roof replacement turned out be an amazingly positive experience. When time for siding - calling A.Q. to come back!! :)A tree fell on our house during a summer storm, so we were left with no choice but to re-do our roof and other aspects of our house that were damaged. We got 3 quotes and decided on Adam Quinneville for multiple reasons! Wes Melaas was truly amazing! He did the initial assessment and explained everything thoroughly to me, as I'm someone who knows absolutely nothing about the process! He answered ALL my questions and made the process from start to finish.. STRESS-FREE! My fiance and I loved the 50 yr guarantee and that the siding, chimney & gutter work could be done by ONE company as well as our roof.. erasing the stressful need of multiple different contractors.. but rather a one stop shop :)On the big day.. the team ran by project manager G & then Marcus.. went well. With OCD, I was worried about the huge mess that occurred from stripping the roof.. but the female employee worked her butt off cleaning and putting our house back to how it was before!
