The AI team was very professional and knew what they were doing. Knowing that we already had 12" of insulation in the ceiling, it was difficult for them to navigate and had they had an accident. Just feel bad that one of the workers was hurt a bit. Again, no worries here, they indicated that they would take care of everything and they did. They worked with Suter and Sons and all around a professional job was done. We now have 15" of insulation in attic space, basement totally insulated and the ceiling where they fell through looks like nothing ever happened. Would recommend them all again. Eddie called prior visit and arrived on time. He explained the plan for the evaluation and answered questions. He performed a walk around the property and then started in basement as well as crawl space, and worked his way up to the attic. He discussed his recommendations either mass save free or if there was cost. At no time was there any pressure. Eddie was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Appears to be great asset to American Installation.

They were very good. Came on time, were efficient, seemed on top of things. Just a couple of things could have made the experience 5-star: 1) they didn’t clean up after themselves all that well, a simple sweeping would have cleared away those bits of insulation; 2) I paid $20 in cash to the assessment guy, didn’t get a receipt, and don’t know if that was applied to the $80+ I paid for some things that weren’t covered; 3) I didn’t get a digital thermostat from the assessment guy or the crew, who asked if I had. I would like the thermostat, please, and an explanation about the $20. I don’t doubt that it was legit, just want to understand. Thanks!

I was really impressed with the gentleman (Adam) who assessed my house from basement to attic, spending a good two hours detailing everything quite thoroughly, and providing me with an immediate email containing a plethora of information. Adam came to my home as scheduled. He explained what he was going to do and about the incentives and programs available. He installed aerators on all faucets and two shower heads. Did a test of my gas boiler and looked at the insulation in the attic. All in all worth having the free assessment.
