I chair a 180 unit 13 building condominium association and we had some significant wind related roof damage last year which we had repaired by Roof Pros. They came in right where the insurance company wrote for and we had the worst roof replaced. The time table was exact, the quality of the work was great and the premises were left clean as a whistle. Based on this we are having 6 more buildings re-roofed this year by Roof Pros.My personal residence had similar damage last month and I had no doubts that Roof Pros was going to do the work. Their crew started at 7:01 AM and aside from a short break for lunch worked straight through to get the entire job done in one day! Great quality product, great workmanship and not a nail or piece of debris to be found. They raked my shrub beds, used a rolling magnet and left my premises as clean as before they started.Thanks Nick and thank your crew for me.If you are looking for a quality job at a fair price look no further!PS....the other reviewer - a renter I may add - should be upset with the landlord for not being informed as to the timing of the job. We bought an older house and some leaks in the aging roof were discovered during renovations. We shopped around and got several quotes before choosing NRB. I have to share my 3rd party experience with this company. I live at an apartment building they roofed and they touched personal property without permission and didn't cover all areas with their roofing tarp before moving to different areas to get rid of shingles. Our belongings were covered in roof debris. Now I'm worried there's nails in the grass. I will not hire them for any services in future if I ever need a roof job done, and I have already submitted a formal complaint to my landlord.
