We used Moniz Home Improvement to have a bathroom renovated, at our home on Cape Cod. They were very accommodating , from the beginning. We live off the Cape, so they did much, of the work, without us there. They communicated with us, including pictures, every step, of the way. The bathroom came out beautiful, and we appreciated all of the suggestions they gave us, to complete it, to our liking. We love the results, and would use them again, for future projects.

We're very happy with how our kitchen / living room renovation turned out. Everything looks great, and the project was completed on schedule. Ken kept us updated on the progress and checked in to get our preference for all the small details, e.g. placement of cabinet handles, door swing, moulding, etc. He went above and beyond to get things just right. Subcontractors - flooring and electrical - were very professional and did fabulous work.

We had an excellent experience with Moniz Home Improvement remodeling the bathroom of cottage, updating the kitchen, and refinishing our wood floors. Our project began and ended on schedule, the workmanship was terrific, and the project came in on budget. Ken and Nicole were terrific to work with, which was somewhat challenging as we are 500 miles away from the construction site. We highly recommend them!

We had our windows replaced by Moniz home improvement.Ken and team showed up as promised, cleaned up each day before leaving and came each day till the job was complete. They did an excellent job removing, installing and completing the windows all the way through the finish work. Ken has done major jobs twice for me and I’ve been so happy with the results! We had water damage in a second-floor bedroom that he took care of and the ceiling looked seamless when he was done. He’s done large painting projects indoors and living on the Cape we naturally had wood on the outside of the house that needed to be replaced and once again you would never know he had been there - it flows seamlessly with everything around it! Recently we needed our basement floor and walls repaired - he and his team came in and did a phenomenal job!!! It looks like a brand new house in our basement!!!They are polite, professional and very tidy. I would recommend Moniz Home Improvement to everyone.... They replaced my roof, remodeled our master bathroom, replaced a floor in one of our bedrooms, replaced our main entry door and side light panels and refurbished a tornado damaged gazebo over the course of several projects. He comes when promised, doesn’t abandon you to start something else and, most important, the work is excellent. Oh, and did I mention they clean up professionally at the end of the job!
