Muto responded quickly to a RFP for a new asphalt shingle roof on my house through HomeAdvisor. Sebastian and Tony were very responsive and provided three roofing options. Pricing was very fair. The work was of good quality and once started, went extremely fast. The foreman introduced himself and made sure that all my questions were answered. Cleanup was very good. I recommend them highly for roofing work.

It isn't easy replacing a roof on a summer cottage from 400 miles away, but Muto Construction made it a smooth process. I worked with Dillon on all the details and he was responsive, very knowledgeable, and patient will my many questions. I can not recommend Jasen, the owner of Muto Construction, the office manager Lisa, and the sales consultant and project manager Tony Fernandes more highly. The quality of the roof replacement and skylight installation is exceptional.As a result of Tony's extensive consultation with my wife and me regarding roof and solar skylight options, we were able to make informed decisions. Tony is a pleasure to work with and always answers his phone or returns messages in a timely manner.Tony had the interior finish work completed by Louis Painting. Incredibly well done.Tony also had Gordon from the Mid Cape Home Centers program the newly released VELUX Touch Remote. Gordon spent considerable time ensuring the remote functioned properly. I just had Muto Construction strip and replace my roof. They were very responsive and Tony came right out to our house to go over the job. We agreed on a fair price and proceeded to have them do the job. The crew showed up and did a great job start to finish. The crew is a hardworking and definitely took pride in their work. Muto construction installed a new roof with two new skylights, re-sided the south facing side of our home with new cedar shingles, and replaced some rotted wood trim. Jasen met with me in advance to review work needed and was very accommodating with my specific scope of work while keeping costs manageable. Fairly priced, quality work and the best quote packet received above 4 other quotes. Clearly outlined product tiers so your project and budget would fit for you. Our roof was done in one day by a team that my neighbor described - "worked together like they were one person". They are insured, and their roofing materials were above average. And yes, I checked the pallet. Got what I paid for. No gimmicks on the quote (e.g. worst was NewPro) and local to the Cape, Muto has their customer and their community in mind, as a key part of their business model. Jasen Muto Construction company re- shingled 80% of our South Chatham house, changed rotten underlining plywood, and build a special cricket roof on an unusual roof connection.They provided detailed job description, started the job on time and finished within promised period of time.Quality of job is very good and the company promises the warranty on job and materials.The job was done in May 2019.

Muto Inc showed great initiative in getting this job. Which is why I chose them.I had roofing and siding done.The house looks great and I couldn't be happier.The work was 6 days. 5 for siding and 1 for Roof...ok less than 1/2 day for roof.There was communication throughout and the workers got there in the morning and did what they needed to do. Cleanup was great and they go around with a large wheeled magnet to pick up any stray nails or other metals.I am taking a break from home improvements and when I start again I will give Muto Inc a call for some of the services they offer inside the home as well.

Update, Jasen called me and explained there had been a miss communication. Jasen and Josh came out right away. I'm happy to say we are now under contract for a bathroom redo and new windows. They are pleasure to work with.They came out to give me a quote on redoing my bathroom. Sébastien said it would be a week. I called when I didn't get the quote he told me would be another week. Never heard a word back.

Starting with an almost immediate response to a Home Advisor inquiry, Tony, Jasen, and the crew were a great pleasure to work with, even when springing a last minute change order to our re-roofing project. We asked about the possibility of replacing the paint peeling rake boards with Azek the day before the roof was to be stripped. We were not met with disdain, but instead they cheerfully and readily accommodated us at a fair price with no disruption to the schedule. The crew was respectful and clean-up impeccable. We were able to meet them in person and appreciate their honest work ethic and fair pricing. A welcome rarity on Cape Cod, the Muto Construction Company showed up when promised to estimate, deliver samples, start and complete the project.
