Thank you to Stephco Cleaning and Restoration team I am beyond impressed with the outstanding work you did at my house. I wasn’t sure if this can be done but Nick guided me with the the area rug’s sizes and prices, Jacob was very professional came over to give us a quote to add wax to our kitchen floor and carpet cleaning on the day of our service Derek did an amazing job with the kitchen. I highly recommend this crew for your cleaning needs.

My previous review was deleted. So I’m happy to post again. I retained Stephco twice before THIS experience. They did a great job on my mattress, couch, and recliners. I then referred them to two of my best friends with NO issues. So - I was devastated to experience being spoken to and treated the way Nick the coordinator treated me. He came and visited my parents house and they gave me a verbal/text quote. I’m happy to post texts and emails as evidence… I’ve retained them. The team that came ran my parent’s water all day and then did not complete the job. When I contacted Nick to follow up I was told that I was “taking advantage of…”. How when at no point was I told the job was out of scope or issues and arises. They left at 7 pm and my pictures will show you the missed details. Luckily, Dasia and another young man came with Jake a few days later and remedied it. Wow what a difference customer service excellence makes. I was eager to go to the next phase upstairs… as my property is over 3000 sq feet. Sad that this was a sour experience…

The best company I have ever worked with. The communication is amazing. The quality of work put in is outstanding. The services they offer are great. From the cleaners to the site inspectors to the billing department and all in-between always so pleasant and helpful. I could not recommend Stephco more highly. I was pressed by the friendly staff that answers the phones, the call and text reminders of appointments, ease of payment methods (cash, check or card via calling or device used by person providing the service that day), and of course the actual job performed. We were lucky enough to have the same person (Derek) for 2 years who cleaned our couches, pillows and carpeted staircase. He was on time, communicated well and was extremely respectful of our house. He noted certain stains and treated them without being asked (we have multiple pets and toddlers), and even used the vacuum to give a general vacuum to the area which included pesky Christmas tree pine needles. I've recommended StephCo to multiple other people and certainly plan on using them in the future for our couches, etc again and also hardwood floors treatments.

Johnny is the custodian at our school and as the school nurse I work with him closely. He is always friendly and helpful ensuring my office and the school is cleaned and disinfected well. Not to mention he never hesitates with the emergency clean ups as needed. In my previous school I often could not find the custodian which was very frustrating. Derek was our technician and he did excellent! Very professional and accommodating. He cleaned our sectional and area rug, which needed the urine treatment because of our puppy. Can't remember an in-home service call of any kind where I was so pleased. Was genuinely surprised just how great of a job they did. Not only were Joe and Derek extremely polite and professional but, very knowledgeable as well. Somehow they brought 15 year old carpeted stairs back to life in a way I would never believe without witnessing it myself. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to transform their carpets for such a reasonable price.Update: Joe and Derek did such a great job with my living room and stairs that I had them come back the next week to do an upstairs bedroom. Fantastic job again. Couldn't be happier.4/10/2023: Had them back again. Derek did a phenomenal job on the carpet in a spare room that was so bad I was considering replacing it. StephCo is my new go-to for household maintenance!First, I needed the vents cleaned in my Mother's condo. She's elderly and wary of contractors coming into her home, but Steve was very conscientious and professional and put her right at ease. He performed the service clean and efficiently, we were both very impressed. He cleaned the vent covers and changed the air filter as well. Very thorough! StephCo did such a good job that I asked them to return to treat the mold in her bathroom. Again, Jacob was a very knowledgeable and thorough professional. He took care of all my concerns and took the time to answer all of my questions. He really went above and beyond.I cannot leave out Cecilia and Susan who were super helpful and just delightful to deal with. They helped me schedule and pay for both services and made it quick and easy.Overall, a great experience doing something tedious, but necessary. Family members bought their first home last month. Apparently previous owners neglected basic upkeep, so all areas needed intensive cleaning. Stephco crew included Jake G, another Jake G, Alex & Emily. They were thorough, efficient, accommodating, conscientious and friendly. As was Cecelia at the office, who arranged this job with me.Vacuumed, swept or dusted as appropriate, washed and disinfected all room and hallway walls, floors, inside windows, closets, cabinets, fixtures and appliances. Also collected resulting trash and took away for disposal. Team Leader, Jake provided updates on their progress throughout the day, and had me check over the house before they left to be sure everything was done as expected.We had hired Stephco to do a deep clean prior to putting our house on the market in October 2020. We have been most gratified with the outcome both times and highly recommend their services!

We reached out to this company after having a bad experience with another company and declining services because they were misleading when they provided a quote over the phone. Stephco was able to schedule us and put us on a cancellation list so we could get someone in sooner, if possible, which ended up working out! The employee that showed up was very professional, informative about the services, and did not try to upsell us or change anything when he arrived to steam clean the carpet. He was fast and efficient and they even give you a little goody bag before leaving! Also, what really amazed me was receiving a hand written thank you card in the mail from them about a week later. Customer service is above and beyond - I don’t know any other businesses that go to that length to show their appreciation to their customers.
