I got in touch with Noreast Marc thru a good ref from a family member..That's always a plus when your family gives the ok. At any rate they gave me a very good estimate on Chimney repair, new shingles and new gutters. and started work the following week. I had the chimney refurbished (pointed) first and the 2 guys did an excellent job. It looks brand new. It's a 2 day deal because of the cement drying, but they washed it clean, cleaned up the cement dust and debris on the 2nd day. The roofers arrived the following day (8 of them) and they shrouded my entire house in tarps to protect everything while they removed the old shingles. They put on 30 year shingles and seemless 6 inch gutters on my house and garage in one day and a half. Totally cleaned up the property and hauled off the junk. I was very pleased with the entire job.

I highly recommend this company! I knew they were the right ones for the job the day they came out to give me an estimate. They were pleasant and knowledgeable and most of all, they didn’t talk down to me. Within days of signing the contract, the materials arrived and after a week of rainy days the sun finally came back and the crew was here and getting started between 7:00-7:30 am, they had the job done by the end of the day and had pretty much cleaned up, too. They even returned the next morning and made sure everything was in the dumpster so there was no mess around the house. By the way, it was FEBRUARY so it was dark early and they were 40’ off the ground on one side of the house and the wind was kicking up that day. I’m sure it was more than just chilly up there but Marc and the crew are real professionals and came dressed and ready to go. I’m glad I found them.

One week before Christmas 2021 we got a Nor’Easter Storm where our roof was damaged and leaking. Nor’East Services and their team were responsive to our call and evaluated our roof and gave us a plan that they implemented two days later. Brand new roof and rain guards installed. Quick and professional they cleaned up all debris. We love our new roof and so happy we were able to repair and get a new roof so quickly! It looks fabulous- thank you! I contacted Nor'East Services to repair a downspout on my house. They responded quickly and sent someone out to evaluate the situation and provide different solutions (metal vs PVC). In then end, I went with PVC which they painted black to make it less obvious. It took them a while to finally come out and install it but they did an amazing job. Aidan and Mark very very pleasant to work with. I was especially impressed by their solution to making the metal brackets holding the downspout in place less obvious. Overall they did a great job and I would highly recommend them and would call them again if I never needed work done.
