I have a large Tudor with an expansive slate roof and three considerable chimneys. In response to signs of water over the last few years in the interior walls and ceilings along the chimney stacks, I contracted with Slate Roof Repair LLC to restore the flashing around all chimneys and repair any problem slates. The job was paused during a two-day rainstorm, and I was disappointed to find leaks in two areas that had been upgraded.A company representative showed up immediately to assess the situation and, when the precipitation stopped, the crew methodically and efficiently examined all potential causes and effected further repairs. Their determination was impressive. They even drenched the subject areas with a water hose from a lift to "double check."I am confident that the extra effort was successful. Plus, they have given a satisfactory warranty, and it is clear to me that they keep their promises.This company is experienced and committed. All representatives were professional and treated this project as if it were their own house. I recommend Slate Roof Repair, LLC with an enthusiastic "thumbs up."

Billy and Chet are great to deal with and I felt good having their crew being at my house. They put me in their schedule, followed through with the quote and are true to their word. Having high expectations because I do a lot of construction management, I am pleased with the quality of work and the way they cleaned up after.They inspected my entire house roof, repaired some slates and flashing and gently pressure washed the soot off the whole thing. A pressure washer in the wrong hands can do damage, but these guys really know what they're doing. It looks like new.We asked them to replace the crumbling asphalt roof on our small front porch with slate. They were able to MATCH the slate on our house and capped it off with a gorgeous copper ridge.Four guys arrived on time with all the right equipment, worked a long day, were pleasant, got everything done and left the yard in better shape than when they got here. I inspected everything (inside and out) and wrote them a check immediately.
