We had Zelaya's Stucco team stucco our chimney. Marcos prices were fair and he was involved in the process answering all my questions. We had some other roof work that he recommended another company to complete for us and they worked out great as well. I am an architect and have dealt with many contractors. He wants to do a good job and unlike so many other contractors he isn't just about getting his money and going on to the next job. He seemed very invested even in my small job. I don't usually write reviews, but I found my experience with Marcos and Zelaya exceptional.

Marcos and the Zelaya team just finished a large project, repairing and painting the stucco in our Hull house. I couldn't be happier with the work. It was a pleasure watching the care and dedication of every single one of members of the team. We recently had work done on a damaged portion of the stucco/EIFS on the front of our home. Marcos and his crew were knowledgable, professional, and the crew was timely, cleaned up daily and the finished portion matches the existing texture, shape, etc of the rest of the house perfectly. Hopefully we don't have issues with any other stucco/EIFS portions of our home but would call Marcos in a heartbeat if so. They did great work.
