Architectural DesignWorks (Gary Canner) designed and oversaw a major renovation of the entire first floor of our 1925 Dutch Colonial home. He created an open floor plan, which involved relocating a bathroom and eliminating a supporting wall for increased flow and an entirely new look. Everything he designed is beautiful in both form and function. Gary's recommendations for layout, materials, and lighting were spot on for the project. Gary followed the project closely to ensure that it was completed exactly as specified. Years later, we can honestly say there is nothing we would have done differently. His eye for design and attention to detail cannot be overstated. He showed vision and understanding and effectively served not only as our architect but also as a negotiator between us as a couple as we navigated design choices. With his guidance, we ended up surviving our 5-month project with smiles and living in a home we love. We could not be happier with our project and would unequivocally choose to work with Architectural DesignWorks again.
