I have used Tom Donovan and his Superior Exteriors team for many projects in my home. They are professional, thorough and complete all services that exceed my expectations. They leave your property cleaner than when they arrived. Normally you expect to pay a higher price for this kind of service but with Superior Exteriors you get tremendous value for the work. Not sure why anyone would not talk to Tom Donovan about their next project. From the moment we were put in contact with Tom, our experience with Superior Exteriors was above and beyond what we had expected. We had a roof emergency/leak during a bad rain storm, and not only was he available to talk at 9pm, but he was able to get a team together, supplies ordered and permit pulled for a next-day 7am roof overhaul. Superior Exteriors has performed several projects on our house. Several years ago they replaced the gutters on our main roof. The following year we had a leak from our main roof and we called them to replace it. Just this year the roof on our front porch was leaking and Superior Exteriors repaired it for us. In all three cases Superior Exteriors has completed the projects as scheduled. Their workmanship has been excellent and their prices have been reasonable. I would recommend Superior Exteriors, without hesitation for any similar project.

I have a rental home in Scituate, MA near the ocean and experienced a leak from a second floor widows walk. The leak was very tricky and required roofing and waterproofing expertise which Superior provided in droves. Superior painstakingly tracked down the leak using infrared camera technology and their trade proficiency and remedied my situation in a timely manner. Best of all, they provided a total turnkey job, where they repaired the leak, replaced the roofing, removed and replaced all the damaged drywall inside my house and painted it. Superior communicated very well throughout the process, letting me know exactly what was going on at each stage of the project. Superior exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional, well priced roofing project!

I had two separate roof jobs done by Tom and his crew a year apart. All seemed well until we discovered water pouring into the attic around the chimney of one of the jobs. It appears water has been coming in for some time. Our contract reads there is a 10 year warranty on workmanship and materials. I have called numerous times over 3 months and was promised by Tom Donovan that he would send out a crew to assess the problem. He has not returned any calls and seems to be avoiding us. We are particularly concerned as the water is leaking in near wiring and poses a safety hazard. I have warned that I may have to call the Attorney General's office and Consumer Affairs board and still there was no concern by Mr. Donovan of this happening. I thought Superior Exteriors would stand by their work, I was wrong in putting my trust in this business. I have also discovered that Mr. Donovan's contracting license expired in 2011 according to the Consumer Affairs office. They leave me no recourse than to seek legal action at this point for the nightmare we are enduring. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

My family has had Suprior Exteriors roof two homes. Their service is what one appreciates in a contracting business. Calls were answered promptly and courteously from the point of sale t(rough the entire roofing process. The workmen arrived promptly and worked efficiently on a daily basis until the job(s) were done, even in the coldest part of winter, when we wouldn’t have chosen to have work done.They cleaned up beautifully, leaving the yards free of nails and other waste. I was happy with the choices offered at the price point I needed. When there was a question, about a vent pipe, it was attended to immediately and a plumber made the adjustments needed. Tom is an excellent man to work with. He is a gentleman, professional and clearly cares about his company’s workmanship. He is responsive to any concerns. We are highly satisfied And highly recommend Superior Exteriors.

Our roof was almost 25 years old and we have been having some small leak issues in hard rain storms. Very hard to figure the cause. Superior Exteriors inspected the inside of the home and roof areas and siding that could be causing the leaks. Per our request they provide a quote with 3 options. Fix the problem areas, replace a portion of the roof, or replace the entire roof (which would need to be replaced in the coming years anyway). The price to replace the entire roof was much less expensive than we anticipated so we opted to do that work now instead of waiting. They completed the entire job in 1.25 days and you would never know they were here. The clean-up and care for the property was excellent. I would highly recommend them.
