These guys are by far the best contractors I’ve ever dealt with. They are very very good at what they do and they are incredibly attentive and caseous when installing the panels. Not just that they installed the solar panels without any issues but Ben actually fixed some loose pieces on the siding of my house, i am very happy that I picked them! they deserve 10 stars!

I received quotes from 8 different solar installers. I had home visits by 5 different companies. One company wouldn't do a home visit without a signed contract. One company's contract terms were significantly different from what they said in email and conversations. One company told me I'd need to find someone to add critter guards after they had completed the installation. With Solar Rising, I had none of these problems. Solar Rising was completely straight forward. They were thoughtful and helpful with their home visit. They were extremely responsive to communications. They were very helpful with my installation timing constraints. The installation team was wonderful. I thought my dog was going to go home with them he liked them so much. They were efficient, completely cleaned up afterwords. They came back out to meet the inspectors, start the system, and did all the paperwork to to deal with the utility net metering. I could not recommendSolar Rising any more highly.

The system was installed almost within one day. Very professional, quiet, nice, reliable. Did not cost any more than they said it would. We got 1/3 of the cost back from the federal government, and we are basically driving to and from work without using any gas, since we bought plug-in cars. We are very happy with our solar panels, which we expect to have paid off in twelve to fifteen years. We spent $44,000 upfront, but will get $13,000 back in federal government rebates in our 2016 taxes. There are other state rebates, as well.We wanted (pretty extensive) solar panels because we had had them in our previous residence before we moved here to Cape Cod, and noted vast energy savings then. We got a total of 40 panels, 12.6 kWatts, installed on our present house here in Marstons Mills. They put most on the main house, and some on the garage. Solar Rising also helped us register for the Mass Net Metering.We're so glad we did this, and Solar Rising made it painless.

7.68 kW system in 3 arrays on 3 different roof planes.Bid price was 3rd lowest of 7 bids received, but the Company provided premium panels and accommodated the addition of a circuit, with a 60-foot run from the main panel, for a EV charger.The company made an on-site inspection prior to my acceptance of their bid. This resulted in zero change orders and no surprises during the installation. After their bid was accepted, the schedule of permitting and work proceeded as stated by the Company. The Company provided a strong labor and materials warranty.The workers that arrived on site were polite, deliberate, efficient, and neat. Installation took a day and a half. It is quality workmanship with all electrical conduit being able to be run internally.Besides being locally owned and operated, the team of people I have interacted with are very professional and responsive to all my questions and concerns.

The entire team was extremely helpful and responsive. Everything was done on time and exactly as promised. The installation crew treated our property as if it was their own. They were neat, proficient, friendly, and helpful. The office staff was great and they responded to emails and phone calls immediately. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable. These folks just installed a 14kw system on my home in this past month. When it comes to solar, there are so many different panels to choose from. I must have had Neil draft me about 14 different estimates/configurations before I settled on some LG425, and he was totally cool about it. Prior to dealing with Solar Rising I had acquired about 9 different estimates from different installers but there was always something that didn't fit, either their prices were too high, didn't carry what I was looking for, didn't return my calls, refused to install a system size that I was looking for, etc... One installer was getting frustrated with all the questions I was asking and the changes I wanted to make, so I dropped them. Good thing too because when it came to Solar Rising, they had the total package. They promptly returned my calls/emails, answered any questions I had, helped me get the system size I was looking for, they rewrote estimates/system proposals about 14 different times as mentioned above, sometimes with storage, and other times without till we got the system where I wanted it, and they were just awesome to work with. When installation day came, they were here early morning like they said they would and arrived on time. They did an excellent job installing the system, cleaned up after they were done, and they helped me setup the monitoring system as well. Their prices were fair and average with competitors, but that's where the similarities end, their service is top notch. Just save yourself some time and headache, give these folks a ring and setup a consult. They have high end and low end options to suit you needs/budget. Thanks SR

Best Solar Company out there. I trust these guys 100% which is huge for me and always recommend them to everyone. Ben, one of the owners is the best electrician. The wiring in my house was an electricians nightmare and he was able to install the Tesla Battery backup no problem. He cleaned up the mess and everything works perfect. Angela one of the other owners in the office was great to deal with. She was so nice even though I may have been a pain in the a** sometimes. I’m a business owner myself and expect the highest level of customer service and these guys exceeded my expectations. I’m very happy to have giving my business to Solar Rising for my solar panel and battery backup installs. These guys do everything by the book and always do top tier quality work. I’d be surprised if anyone could find a better solar company out there, you most likely won’t.

From my first phone inquiry to the site visit to system installation my experience with Solar Rising has been exceptional! Everything was explained clearly, any questions I had were promptly answered. I definitely had the A-team for my installation! I was introduced to each person (I believe there were 6 men) - so friendly and professional. I was surprised - and delighted - the entire system was installed in 7 hours! Solar Rising took care of the permitting process and handled all the behind the scenes administrative matters. Now I love checking in everyday to see how many KW I am producing!! The staff at Solar Rising was very responsive and helpful from the bidding process through installation. Their estimate was full of useful information and easy to understand, not to mention very competitive with other local installers. They took care of all of the paperwork for permits and SRECs. The guys who came to install the panels did a very professional job, both on the roof, and in the house, where they took care to not scuff up any of the interior surfaces. I had a 5.69 kW system installed with Sunpower panels. I couldn't be happier with the performance of these panels, and the SRECs I've generated with them. I would highly recommend Solar Rising for your solar energy needs.

Solar Rising just installed a 37 panel system on our roof and it is up and running, looks great, works perfectly. They gave us a prompt site evaluation, a quote the next day, installed two weeks later. The team knew exactly what they were doing, were friendly and courteous (even answered all the childrens' questions!) and we are completely satisfied with the experience. The system should pay for itself in three years, we get free electricity, and it is good for the environment.

Solar Rising installed solar on our home a year ago and we couldn't be happier. Folks were very professional, showed up as expected, and also helped coordinate other work we needed done (tree removal, new roof, electricity re-wiring). The price was very competitive and we love seeing our small (and even negative) electric bill, SREC sales and daily solar production. Solar Rising made me realize how affordable and cost effective the solar PV system is. They also explained all the rebates and tax credits to me and how they work. Solar Rising installed an array with a battery back-up system in September of 2017. Over the winter we had seamless energy during the many power outages that allowed us to maintain heat, refrigerator, and wifi. We were comfortable through all of it. It's hard to imagine after 45 years on Cape Cod, power outage is no longer a big deal.The folks at Solar Rising were wonderful to work with, knew the industry and government side of the issues, were efficient in replying to e-mails, and are the compete package you want for your solar project.And everyone is so nice.

Great company! Every aspect of the process went smoothly. All of their personnel were knowledgeable and professional. They had the best lead time and installed everything (30 panels, meters, etc.) in just a few days. They were neat, clean and snaked the wires from the roof through the walls to the meter outside so no exposed cabling. Our system was working within a week and producing as expected. We are very satisfied and recommend them highly.

Can't say enough about customer service! An appointment was set up quickly even during this pandemic and Neal came out to look at what I thought was a problem. Without even a discussion he was up on the roof saying that he knew what to do having looked at the pictures I sent. He's not only agile, quick and careful but courteous and extremely competent. I was on the highway stuck in cape traffic when I saw the Solar Rising truck in the lane to my right. The guy driving looked like a cool dude and I noticed he was wearing a little hand on his finger. I rolled down my window to compliment his finger hand, and this man responded by offering me the hand off his finger. If that isn't superior customer service, I don't know what is. These days, it seems like genuine people are harder to find than unicorn tears or orange jolly ranchers. But I have to tell you, this company has some golden employees and they will be very successful. I would trust them with any problem that may come up in life. Thanks for the hand!
