I loved working with Nan! She and I were really able to connect, both on Zoom and in person. She was able to strike a comfortable balance between listening to me, praising the work I had already done, giving me information, and nudging me to take additional steps. When I needed a direct answer, she provided it. When I just needed to talk through an idea, she listened.
