I called Patrick and left a message, not expecting to hear back from anyone for at least 24 hours. Within 20 minutes, he texted me directly to suggest that he would call as his schedule allowed ON THE SAME DAY. A half hour later, he was on the way to our home, asked what we needed, and on the spot, suggested that his schedule would allow for completion of this job. Immediately. As in, same day, no hassle, no bouncing between schedulers and electricians and schedulers again.Pat removed a light fixture, assembled and hung a second light fixture on the first floor of our home, while I worked on the second floor. He was quiet, courteous, and very friendly.I would have paid, and expected to have been asked to pay, double what he charged.
