Tim at InSitu completed a design review/consultation for a large new building next door to my property. Due to his careful consideration, review of bylaws and architectural inspirations, and innovative thinking, he was able to transform the project from something I dreaded to a very nice looking building, gracefully situated and with many appealing features. He brought a high level of professionalism to the project, and was able to articulate his goals to both regular people without building/architecture backgrounds and the developer himself. I'm grateful for his work on the project, and would recommend him to anyone.

Tim and his team at In Situ are integral in making the town of Maynard more beautiful. From improvements at local restaurants to public spaces, they are committed to updating Maynard in a sustainable, creative and aesthetically appealing way. My spouse and I particularly enjoy the outdoor patio area at El Huipil, a challenging space that has been turned into a lovely oasis for margaritas and friendly conversation, and the new restaurant, Ázucar, a delightful and unique place full of cozy, intimate nooks and captivating artwork. In Situ has a talent for seeing the modern while honoring the history of a place. I highly recommend them for any of your architectural design needs, great or small.
