HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITHContractors beware of Mark Richardson and his crew. Lives out of Stoneham but operates out of Saugus, MA. There are the worst to deal withMark reached out to me to rent my equipment (dump trailer) for one of his roofing jobs for three days. He paid his initial payment for the trailer when he retrieved it. Told him to pay the remaining at the end based on if he needs it for less or longer. Instead he chose to sneak onto my property after three days at 1am to leave it damaged, missing parts, and to skip out on payment. His not an honest person and do not want this to happen to anyone else. Cant imagine his work ethic. Look at the reviews before me before hiring this individual.

Hired Mark the company's owner to do a siding, window wrapping, porch and gutters job. The work was subpar. Mark and his crew was very unprofessional. Good luck trying to get in touch with him to follow up with any work that he didn't finish. Mark makes alot of fake promises. I've missed alot of time from work waiting for Mark to come by, always a no call no show. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

In April I hired Mark and Dan to replace my roof. The roofers came removed the old roof in the process some of my screens were damaged one of the boards on my deck was sawed into and a in the back of the house over one room the siding look like a beaver had chewed into it. I called the boss to let him know about the screens that was damaged and he promise they would fix them also around one window the wrap was damaged. Dan came by to pick up final payment and I showed him the damage and he told me he would be back to fix the screens and the wrap so far he hadn't come to fix them nor has I heard a peep out of him. The roofers left boards/planks in my yard. Mark said he would come by to pick them up so far they are still in my yard. The roofers tore down my clothes line when they didn't need too. With that being said I'm so done with themMy next job will definitely be done by a more dependable companyService: Roof repair

Great company with impeccable work. Mark and Don we're so detailed oriented and made sure that any questions or concerns we had were answered and even did some demonstrations. The crew was very kind and worked as a team. Jay came by at the end and made sure we were happy and asked if we had any questions or concerns. Awesome guys to have around and would recommend t anyone.Thanks

I had a great experience of getting my gutters repaired. Joe was great to work with and had no problem coming back to fix something that we'dinitially overlooked. Would definitely recommend!

I would not recomend this company. They blame each other and when a problem comes up the dont return calls.
