Great company! Administration is quick to reply and very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a tarp installed over our backyard. We had Thiago as a consultant and the project manager. He improved our initial design to be more moden and elegant and had very valuable input in terms of proper installation. We went back and forth with design and he was very patient explaining everything. On the day of installation Thiago made sure to adept it exactly the way we wanted and really listened to our input. He was very polite and patient throughout the whole process. There were few unexpected issues come up that were hard to predict but he made sure that they were all resolved. Overall we are very content with the service, and the end result! They are professionals! Highly recommend.

We had our roof replaced about a month ago by Northeast Industrial Roof.The manager Naib Bahia came to the house and and gave my wife and I a presentation about roof replacement and showed us a sample of all the materials.He was very polite and patient and answer all our questions.About a week later between six to eight workers came and removed the old roof and by night fall we had a new roof.They cleaned and picked up all the debris around the house.We love our new roof and recommend Northeast Industrial Roof.Tony Cabral / RealtorAdvisors Living Real Estate

This is an excellent company if you want to get your roof checked.Naib who we talked to through the phone was very professional and got us appointment on time.Tiago who came to check the Roof was very professional too. He walked around the house and use equipment to check all parts of roof, answered all our questions, very polite and patient. It was free for us to get inspected but we got excellent service! Definitely recommend to anyone has concerns on their roof.

Full residential roof replacement on Somerville. They took a bit longer than quoted but that's because the job ended up being more complex than they anticipated - but they didn't charge more. They were very thorough and honest throughout the process, 5/5 would use again.

Northeast Industrial Roof did a maintenance work on the metal roof of our large warehouse type of building to solve the water leaking problem. The manager Niab and the lead technician Robert are very experienced and responsible. I am happy with the end result. In addition, the 15 year warranty on the workmanship makes me worry free. I contacted several roofing companies to put a skylight in my Medford home. NE Industrial definitely stood out - I felt the process was extremely clear and the options were well-communicated by Naib from the initial quote meeting and throughout the decision-making process. I ended up doing another roof project with them simultaneously since I was so impressed with their customer service. Hanna from the office kept me in the loop and as a team they managed to problem solve some issues that came up on the install day with no issue. The prices are reasonable and fair - the quotes I received were all over the map but NE Industrial was the clear choice based on value and you can tell they stand behind the work. Honestly I just wish I had more roofing work to do since they were such a pleasure to work with!

Very professional, responsive and everyone did a great job. When they came out to evaluate our roof, they already had a plan in place, and they were able explain to us the process and what needed to be done. They also pointed out some things that we weren't aware since living in our house. They listened to our questions and concerns and answer them appropriately. They were flexible with our schedule, and the crew came out and were able to get the job done in two days. They also cleaned around our house afterwards.

This roofing company is outstanding. They were prompt in returning our call, when most contractors take days. They were professional, courteous, wrote a detailed estimate, and kept me informed of every step, been taking photos of the roof for me. I am a property manager - needed several jobs done in the area. After meeting with John, the owner, and agreeing on a quote he gave me for a job in Cambridge, he seemed professional and I was looking forward to working with him. We had agreed on a date for his guys to do the job, and I even met him again to get a quote for another project. John rescheduled the work twice and then never showed up to do the job. I left him messages as well as email and no response back. Very unprofessional. Wasted my time.
