Having just moved to Melrose, and in need of a solid recommendation for a kitchen contractor, Steve’s name was given to us by a friend. What a great recommendation. Of all the professionals we spoke with, Steve set the most realistic expectations with a fair and accurate budget.This is our second kitchen we have had remodeled, and Steve’s communication was outstanding. Any issue we could possibly think of, he was already aware and on top of it. In addition, every single sub that Steve works with was professional and courteous as we were living in home during construction.Between the excellent craftsmanship, fair price, prompt timelines, and outstanding finished product; we could not be happier with the kitchen.

Anyone who is looking to side their house should look no further than DLM siding. Steve Ventola and his team exceeded all of my expectations and were a pleasure to do business with from start to finish. They finished the job in a few days, and worked long days to make sure that it was completed as quickly as possible. I have worked with a number of contractors as I renovate my home, and the professionalism and work quality of DLM has been unmatched. He provided recommendations based on my own best interest, and did not try to upsell me the most expensive siding even though I was considering doing so. Our house is nearly unrecognizable from its previous condition, and it has drawn compliments from all our neighbors. Thank you DLM for making us one step closer toward having our dream home.
