We had a terrific experience with Dream Team. I called them on a Sunday evening about assembling and installing a gazebo on our stone patio in Somerville. They picked up the call and were available to start the work Wednesday of the same week. We had originally scheduled the work to start on Friday, but when the gazebo arrived early, they re-worked their schedule to accommodate, starting on a Wednesday afternoon on short notice. They were extremely professional throughout, taking extra care to make sure the gazebo was properly secured to the patio in way that still looked nice. They ended up securing some of the stone pavers with concrete (as opposed to just adding standard concrete footings, which would not have looked as nice), and took some time to correct some minor manufacturing defects with the gazebo to enhance its look. They certainly did not need to do all of that and we appreciated the extra care and attention to detail. The workers showed up each morning for three straight days until the project was completed and I never had to follow up or complain about anything. The final product looks perfect. We really enjoyed working with Dream Team and will definitely be doing so again on all of our projects - highly recommended!!

Dream team is Unbelievable! Martin came out after a bad storm when no other contractors would and took on a big shed and porch project after destruction from storm. He was the farthest geographically yet fastest to accommodate. He gave me a thoughtful and thorough quote lower than all the other estimates i got from contractors without availability. They ended up doing more work than expected and I learned a lot from him. I tried making a cut for new left door and screwed it up because they make it look so easy and he didn't even charge me more despite needing a new wood door blank. Attitude and well managed expectations are huge for me and communication was above and beyond! He is a family man and had a son as well and he was so good with Mt family. I will be using DREAM TEAM for ALL our future construction needs. THANK YOU DREAM TEAM AND MARTIN

Terrible Experience!I booked them 3 weeks in advance and took a day off from work to meet their schedule. They didn't show up at the 10AM appointment. I called and we rescheduled for 1pm. They didn't show up then either. At 2pm they claimed they left their ladder at the last job site, but were still planning on coming... After that they didn't answer my calls. I paid $89 for their online promotion and now I just want my money back because I'm not going through that again.What a waste of time!

Not a pleasant experience. This business was recommended by a fiend few years ago. They discovered the crack inside the chimney and offered to fix it for about $1500. We did. Two years ago we refer them to our kids and theirs chimney seems like had the same problem. Last month we referred them to an another friend and to everyone's surprise he supposedly had same issue. The friend decided to call someone else and "the damage" was not confirmed. It made us wonder, but we needed the regular chimney sweep and called them couple weeks ago. We were told that the service rate was $199, but if anything else needs to be done than it would be an extra. My wife was very clear that nothing else would be necessary. We think that was a mistake. An hour before scheduled time they called and said that the appointment needs to be rescheduled. My wife took a half of day off just for that. We were not happy but still rescheduled it for this week. They simply did not show-up. No call either. We called, left a message. Nothing... It makes you wonder.

Hired this company in 2015. worst mistake of my life. $60k and 7 months of continuous sloppy, hacked work that any handyman could have done better. Their reviews and references were scams. I reported them to the Atty. General's office.
