I have done two projects so far with Hi-Tech Windows and Siding. First, they replaced all of our skylights a few years ago, and more recently replaced the roof after we experienced major leaks (not related to the skylights). Working with Bill Chase and Jack Jaffarian was the best example of great customer service from any contractor I’ve dealt with. They say they stand by their product and want the customer to be happy, and to accomplish this they worked with us until the very end to ensure everything was to our liking and all issues were resolved. This is very much unlike any other company that may not return phone calls, will ignore your requests for follow up, and leave you hanging without fixing an issue that may have arisen during the installation. The quality of the work done on the skylights and roof was exceptional, but most importantly, I always felt they were on my side and wanted the best possible outcome, as they take extreme pride in their work. Thanks Bill and Jack, I appreciate all you have done to make sure our house remains protected and beautiful. To those trying to decide whether to use Hi Tech, just look back on previous horrible customer service experiences with other contractors.. and this will be the exact opposite..

Had a good experience working with them getting my entire house re-sided. Owner and project manager were responsive and helpful when communicating and answering any questions throughout the project. Construction workers focused on my project without interruption other than weather. They completed my project in a reasonable amount of time, and with high quality results. Would recommend!

Workers don't show up when scheduled, office does not know whats going on, paid half down deposit for all my work in October and was told gutters would be completed by Thanksgiving, here it is February and we still have no gutters (was told they would be done first), damaged wall in my living room installing new doors and still have not fixed it, left deep groves on my lawn, would not recommend this company. Not worth the money they charge.

We hired HiTech to replace some siding on my porch that I knew was bad (had a hole from a ladder that fell, plus I was aware of a little wood damage under a small panel beside the door. I called for an estimate, they were quick in responding, and the estimate was fair (had others higher, and a couple around the same price).When they came to do the work (actually just one guy, since it wasn't a big job), day 1 was remove the existing siding. When doing so we found a huge amount of wood rot under the old siding. This did cause a small price increase (I was warned in advance, and it was in the contract that addition wood replacement would result in extra cost) - but it was reasonable for the extra amount of work.The tech's name was Milton, and he's a beast. Not only did he do all the wood repair, he actually uninstalled a window to get at some other bad wood. All the extra work extended the project one day, but I'm thrilled with the results. He was professional, friendly and incredibly competent. He cleaned up the work area each day before leaving, and now I have a porch that no longer leaks when the rain gets heavy.Highly recommend, and will go back to them if/when I have more work to be done.

I am extremely happy with Hi Tech and their workers who worked on my house to replace 31 new windows and put trim along all 39 windows and trim the front door peak. Their workmen were professional, courtesy, knowledgeable, friendly. The foreman stayed on the job workingevery day with his men. I definitely highly recommend Hi Tech. From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with this company and all their employees.

Hi Tech is phenomenal! I’ve worked with other roofing companies and others don’t compare. Hi Tech been a great partner and fixed the issues that another roof company created. They took the time to investigate the problem, map out solutions and present us with options. They have been a lifesaver for a major issue others couldn’t figure out. Hi-Tech replaced my sliding door in early January 2024 with a new Harvey Tribute door. From the start, Hi-Tech was quick to take measurements, stuck relatively close to schedule, communicated well and showed up on time. The installers were friendly, trustworthy, and kept a tidy work area. The cold winter's draft is now a thing of the past and my new door with white inside framing has really spruced up my living space!

Hi Tech replaced all the siding and trim on our house and detached garage. We initially selected them since we wanted an installer certified by the siding manufacturer and based on other reviews.We originally selected a relatively new material, but the manufacturer strung us along for months saying it was "coming soon". Hi tech worked with us and we decided to go with a very similar product in the same color. Although a year had passed since we put down our deposit, Hi Tech still honored the original quotation. Once the material arrived, there were a few snags along the way related to the change in material from the original order, but Hi Tech made sure they were all resolved.Once work started, Hi Tech made sure to call out issues that needed decisions promptly and explained what unexpected tasks would cost. For example, they had to build out supports to hold all the new PVC trim since the original builder didn't properly support the original wood trim. Windows in the garage were only supported by the original trim. And more.Nick, Jack, Billy, and Luis and his crew were all great to work with, and the finished project looks great. Because of material issues and weather, the project took about 1 months from start to finish. Although this was not a cheap project, we have gotten multiple comments from neighbors about how good it looks, as well as people driving or walking by and stopping to comment how good the house looks now!Services: Gutter installation, Exterior painting

I liked the salesperson who came to the house. They had someone come measure for the window and someone else to do the install (who did a very neat job). It was one window in my tub/shower area and only took part of a day. However, it did come in a couple weeks later than was discussed at the initial meeting. That was ok, but I would have liked more follow-up from the company instead of me calling and asking if it was in. Especially because they close pretty early, and I kept leaving messages back and forth. It was also a little expensive, but I believe that it's good quality and service.

Excellent service & installation but there was delay in receiving window. When the window was installed there was slight crack at top of window that the installer pointed out to me. If he had not pointed it out I might have missed it honesty is always appreciated. Would highly recommend your company to family & friends.

Bill Chase, owner and president, and Bill Hayes, installation manager, are two first class professionals. They know the window business, they listen to what you want, and they review the job site and come up with a great solution. I chose to work with Hi Tech for three primary reasons: (a) they could provide the 8 foot wide simulated divided lite (SDL) window I needed when others offered lower quality and unsatisfactory solutions; (b) they earned my trust with their knowledge and professionalism; and (c) they were very cost competitive. We had a clean and rapid installation, and my living room is warmer and more comfortable as a result. Office staff is helpful, too. Be sure to talk with them and give them a chance to compete for your project!

The customer service was kind enough to take the time and effort to answer my calls and inquiries even through I was contacting them during a weekend. They went the extra mile to schedule a visit to inspect my windows and give en an estimate on a very short notice, giving me the best estimate among 7 other contractors I’ve talked to. On top of that they went the extra mile to fit my schedule and install the windows on a Saturday morning as I couldn’t do it on any other day. I had 29 windows replaced with Sunrise windows and Bill Chase urged me to consider a bow window instead of a picture window for the front of the house. Great idea, everybody loves it! Hi-Tech replaced my roof and vinyl sided my entire house! I am so happy with my new house! It looks amazing!!! Jared and Jack are extremely professional, knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful to work with! Communication was great between Jared, myself and Jack. Everything was explained to me and all questions were answered from the start all the way to the final inspection when the job was completed. The workers would arrive between 7:00-7:30 in the morning and not stop some days until 7:00 at night! They only broke for lunch. My yard was always cleaned up every day before the workers left. The workers were extremely respectful! Hi-Tech may be a little higher in price than other companies, but you definitely get what you pay for. The quality of work and the final product is well worth it! I would highly recommend Hi-Tech to do your house projects!Service: Roof installation

Billy and his team did an excellent job. The crew was here early and very hard working. I had my storm door come off during a wind storm a couple weeks before the window were to be installed. They put the new one in no issue and replaced some rotted wood on the frame. I recently had my siding and all my windows replaced and some doors replaced by Hi-Tech.Thid is absolutely the best company and best people I have dealt with for any project ever!!
