I needed someone to repair my vinyl siding. I called the office to schedule an estimate. The office told me the Tech will give me an estimate and If I agree they can do the work right then and there. Ok, sounds professional. When the Tech arrived, he mentioned how the office probably didn't tell me but....it will cost me the first hour just to walk into the door. What???? I'm assuming if the office was honest and up front to begin with, I'm pretty sure most people would cancel or just hang up. BEWARE!Service: General repairs

We called them and got contractor to come down, I believe the owner "Dennis Turmel." Originally by the female rep at the company, we were promised a fast quote and that never happened. May 20th is when he came by to give me a quote. Everything seemed to be in order with the company and looked professional (that's why they're getting 2 stars and not 1). Time went by and still no quote. I left a voicemail and never heard back from them. Then I called again and was told that turnaround time for a quote would be delayed due to the long weekend.I was sent a decent / professional looking email by Dennis on June 1 which said -"Sorry about my delays, I know this is something you were looking to move on quickly. Business has been very active for me and I am honestly struggling to keep up. I am probably at least another week off from being able to get something to you." (excerpt)I messaged back the same day that we have done some of the cleaning and outside work for ourselves, but there's still a lot that needs to be done and we are interested in a quote.It is now June 18 and I haven't heard a word by phone or email. I was very interested in hiring them for what would have been a pretty costly project, but we're going to have to go with someone else. I am very disappointed, because they looked very professional.

They didnt even bother to call me when I sent in a request for some jobs I needed done! Very unprofessional and obviously says a lot about how they work. I am glad I didn't hear from them!
