We used Paradise Remodeling to remove old siding and install new vinyl siding on our entire house (Temple ST. Lowell, MA) and to repair a porch, railing and small part of the foundation. We were completely satisfied with the work Feliciano and his dedicated crew performed. The house looks so much better now and is in much better condition. He gave detailed quotes and timelines and met them. He delivered on everything exactly as promised. When they were finished with all the work, they cleaned up the entire property leaving it looking spotless. Excellent work/product for a reasonable price. Paradise Remodeling did a roof repair job on my house to fix a leaky roof. In only a few hours, a team of two fixed what another roofer spent several hours and multiple visits trying to fix. It was pricey, but worth it, bc my roof is no longer leaking, even in the heaviest downpour.Furthermore, and of no less importance, Feliciano returned my calls/emails and showed up when he said he was. If he was going to be postponed or delayed, he also called me to let me know. Communicating well is something a lot of contractors lack, and thankfully not the case for Paradise Remodeling. They will be the first ones I call for any future roof/gutter work.

Feliciano replaced an asphalt shingle roof, a skylight, and a rubber roof on my mother's house and the roof on a shed to match. When done, the premises were just as they found it (possibly cleaner). Anything that needed replacing, including the flashing around the chimney, was replaced. His price is very competitive and workmanship is excellent. We needed to replace our front and back gutters. Feliciano responded to my call and gave me a very reasonable quote. I visited him working on a job in Lynnfield and was impressed with the professionalism. They were doing a great job replacing siding.When the materials were delivered they came the next day and did a great job. The front of the house was very high and on a hill by the garage and they handled that area very well. We were very pleased with the job done and they picked up every piece of the materials that had to be cut etc.I had a couple of minor things to get fixed and asked Feliciano if he could come back and do these minor projects. He handled both very well. I would highly recommend Paradise Remodeling.

We highly recommend Paradise Remodeling. We recently had our skylight replaced by Paradise remodeling. Feliciano was always prompt when responding via phone or email and worked with us to discuss all the details around the window. We had a separate company quote the work prior who told us it would be a custom job, but Feliciano was able to match us with a standard size window from the same name-brand which saved us a lot of hassle, work, and cost. Feliciano and his team were clear at communicating when they would start, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job with the installation. The work was done well and as described and the area was cleaned up after. I look forward to working with Feliciano and Paradise Remodeling in the future for our home project needs.

After a big wind storm our house was damaged - a large piece of metal siding blew off at the edge of the roof. Feliciano at Paradise Remodeling responded quickly and within a few days everything was fixed. He made a piece of metal identical to the one that blew off and installed it 2 days later. The crew was quick, clean, and got me a better company (faster and cheaper) for my dumpster. They resided my house, installed trim, and did a great job working around and replacing the piping for my mini splits.After the job there were almost NO nails or debris from the old siding and my perennials were intact too.
