Our small house was in dire need of a new roof. I got three quotes and while Patrick’s wasn’t the lowest, his was the most comprehensive, thorough and included details others missed. He was responsive and very easy to communicate with. He is probably the nicest person you’ll ever meet. The roof came out great and Patrick was even willing to accommodate us by changing the rubber roof on the bulkhead, which we we didn’t like at first.
