I am very pleased with my experience with On Top Roofing! I had a tree come down on my house and put several holes in my roof. They were easily to work with and friendly. Other companies that quoted me for this repair tried to over sell me on other unnecessary things. They replaced all the shingles and broken wood on that one particular slope. Tim was honest and quoted a fair amount for the job. His crew worked quickly, did a good job, and left no mess on my lawn! They even put wood between my driveway and their dumpster so it wouldn’t scratch. I will be calling them for any of my future roofing needs.

We had a handfull of repairs we expected to do this year, and replacing the roof was not one of them! Ontop Roofing was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They quoted our roof and gave us a great price, and did an amazing job of getting the job scheduled way ahead of when we originally expected it to be completed- which was super important considering the cold weather was closing in quickly. Alise in the office was one of the sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure to work with, and I was admittedly a little sad when the job was done! She really made the process a joy =). Tim came out during the actual repair and was also awesome to work with! Our roof ended up taking two days to do due to the short daylight hours, but they did a good job buttoning up until they could get back out and finish it up promptly. I would highly recommend this great company.

I had this company do some repairs on my roof. Even though it was just a small job for them they treated me like is was a big job.I watched the workers carefully as I have done some roofing myself.They did an excellent job and I'll be having them do an 80' long roof on my barn.

Tim was very timely and knowledgeable about flat roofs and roofs in general. His quotation was emailed to me and accepted online. The technicians found more that needed to be done while doing the job and did it. On Top Roofing did not charge me for this additional work. I appreciate their attention to detail and highly recommend for their experience and quality of work.

On Top replaced our roof today. The foreman, Mike, and the crew were excellent. Courteous, professional, and thorough. The roof looks beautiful and my yard is cleaner than before they started! When my husband had a question about part of the job , Mike explained it to him very professionally and made sure he had a good understanding. When we wanted a small change , they were right on top of it, no questions asked. Manager, Tim and office administrator , Alise were very responsive from the start and it was a pleasure to do business with the entire company.

Had moisture issues in the attic. Tim came out promptly and came up with a ventilation solution. His team was professional and did a great job. The guy on site even reminded me to clean out my dryer vent after he noticed it was clogged up!

Roofing in front of house needed to be replaced. Called Tim at On Top Roofing and was given an appointment within days. Alise, the office manager kept ongoing communication with us. Tim gave us a reasonable estimate and to our surprise, the roof installation was done sooner than expected. Very pleased with how the day of the installation went. Men arrived very early in the morning, covered sides of house along with bushes. Job was done by early afternoon. All debris was thoroughly picked up. Mike oversaw the work in a very professional manner and answered all questions and completed all work as per our estimate. His crew worked very diligently from the moment they arrived until their work was completed. They arrived on a Thursday at 7 a.m. and our roof was completed by Friday p.m. The crew cleaned up all debris. We were so happy with the service provided! They were the easiest company to work with!The site was clean and the workers were respectful and they followed through on all communicated actions.We had many delays when coordinating with our solar company and the team at OnTop Roofing was patient and understanding. On the day of installation, my husband and I were working from home and there were very little disruptions to our day. I called On Top Roofing initially for a quote on a couple of repairs, and they were very knowledgeable for what the causes of the issues were, and were able to address them at a reasonable price. They were a little booked up, and weather wasn't always cooperative, but they always communicated any updates on scheduling. They also didn't try to over-sell me, and were honest about the condition of my roof, which I always appreciate.Definitely will use in the future for any repairs that come up, or to replace when the time comes.

After 3 different professionals who did other work on my home all mentioned ON TOP ROOFING when I asked if they knew of a good roofing company, I had ON Top out for an estimate.. I asked for the cost and contract in writing BEFORE signing anything. ( ANY company not willing to do that should be AVOIDED !!! Another roofing company offered 5k off the price ONLY if I signed on that SAME day. Their price was literally twice the cost of ALL other estimates.(I was also cautioned by 2 of the professionals working in my home to avoid the VERY SIMILAR sounding roofing company . I was told NOT mix the 2 companies up)We had 2 very heavy rainfalls since the roof and seamless gutters were done . No leaks anywhere.The customer service has also been beyond excellent.!ON TOP was not the cheapest price I recieved BUT nowhere near the most expensive either.Oh, and just incase your wondering, I NEVER EVER take ANY kind if kick back or promo for ANY of my reviews ( nor was any offered). From start to finish my experience with On Top Roofing was top notch!! From the initial call to the final completion of work. Our roof needed some repairs where we were getting leaks in our ceiling every time it rained. On Top Roofing went above and beyond by not only identifying other issues that needed to be addressed to our house outside of their purview but they also referred us to those contractors that could handle the job and we were extremely satisfied with whom they recommended. On Top Roofing made the repairs quickly and we no longer are getting additional staining to our ceilings during storms. On Top Roofing showed professionalism throughout from their office staff to their salesman and work crew. Everyone was courteous and pleasant to do business with. I will absolutely 100% recommend On Top Roofing to anyone I hear is seeking roofers and will absolutely use them for all my future roofing needs.

I consider myself to be very fortunate to have found On Top Roofing when I needed a new roof. The owner of the company took an active roll in making sure all of my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed. The owner made the initial assessment and explained the process of getting a new roof. I received an official estimate for the work to come. An appointment to start work was agreed upon. The crew showed up on time and proceeded like a well maintained machine. The roof was replaced flawlessly in a little over two days including an amazing cleanup. The bill for the job was presented at the end of the final day. It was within a few dollars of the official estimate. The change was due to some extra changes I requested during the job. The cost of the change was the same as the field estimate. I was never let in the dark and I always knew what was happening and what was coming. What was said, is what was done. The owner, the field rep, the crew forman, the home office staff, and the crew were pleasant, proficient, and professional. I could write several more pages explaining the wonderful experience, start to finish, I had by having a roof installed by On Top Roofing, but I believe my purpose can be best served by saying I have and will recommend On Top Roofing to my family, my friends, my business associates, and to anyone else who may ask " Do you know of an outstanding roofing company you would recommend?"Give On Top Roofing a call. On Top Roofing was amazing. They went above and beyond helping us work through a situation that involved a very poor installation of the roof on the house we bought claiming to have a new roof. The house was a flip and it boasted new roof which turned out to be the worst installation On Top Roofing as well as another reputable company had ever seen. Nothing about it was up to code and eventually leaked like a sieve. They worked with our lawyer as well as installed a new roof. The workers were polite, careful, and the cleanup was great. I told them if it is also bat proof I would give them 6 stars. It should be bat proof as well so if I could photoshop a 6th star I would! When we had a question post installation they came right out and answered our question. Can't say enough good about them. I had a leak in my chimney due to lack of sealant from a previous repair (different company). On Top Roofing was able to easily identify the problem from a few photos that I sent and checking out my roof/chimney. They were easily able to add the proper sealant on and fix the previous repair quickly! I will absolutely use them again for any roofing needs.Service: Roof repair

Not impressed, I had "On Top Roofing" install a de-icing cable, I accepted the quotation to install 100 linear feet cable and thermostat, which was on the high end, thinking I am getting professional installation, to my surprise, the guys that show up didn't know anything about de-icing cable/thermostat. After 3 months of back and forth, I ended up with 75 feet cable, no thermostat, and the invoice (minus their cost of the cheap thermostat). I would not recommend them for installing de-icing cable.

The entire team was very efficient from the start of the entire process beginning with Kelsey fielding my initial request of roof damage from a tree, to Josh's punctuality in arriving to provide an estimate, to the roofing and gutter teams who completed the work. The inconsistent winter weather certainly provided some obstacles, but Kelsey kept in communication with me to inform when things would be taking place. All in all a job well done! Very Happy with the quality of work and entire experience and I would certainly suggest reaching out to them if you are in need of roof repairs - no matter if a big job or small one.

The service and the new skylight are great. We were told that the skylight would be replaced in 4 to 6 weeks from the of the agreement and they delivered with in that time frame. The guys that did the replacement were wonderful. They were done within 3 hours on a very cold day.
