CJM was a great contractor to work with, from start to finish! From discussing the vision of the project and getting an estimate to getting the project underway and permitted, to construction, and follow through, everything was easy and well communicated. Once we got through permitting with the town, construction was remarkably quick- no issues with long breaks or delays in the work here! When we wanted to make a couple of changes mid-project the process was smooth and CJM was able to accommodate in line, without disrupting the schedule. I really appreciate that CJM assigns a project manager to each project, meaning all communication was with one person who knew all the details of the project. Overall great people who did great work, with great communication!

My experience with CJM was smooth and organized. I had a pop up window installed in my pool house and correspondence between ordering the window and installation was seamless. They are a well run company from their skilled workmanship to their office personal.

Great overall experience with our addition! We had planned on getting an addition put on our house for the added space and knew it was tricky based on our plot layout. We also wanted experience and referrals of past projects shown online. CJM checked all the boxes.Chuck came out and went over numerous options helping us choose one that was best for what we wanted. We even did some adjustments during the project (pocket door) which were added.We can't say enough about Cait, Mike, and the rest of the crew. They were very helpful and inciteful guiding us through all the little things that went into it.This addition was exactly what we wanted.

CJM just helped us remodel our kitchen and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Throughout the entire process the team was super helpful. Chuck and Kate were able to take our ideas and turn them into reality. We have an older home so it was a complete gut job as well as removing a wall between our kitchen and living room. It helped open everything up and it feels like a new house! They were able to set us up with all the vendors for appliances, countertops etc and made the whole process super easy. Any future home project we will absolutely be using CJM again!

CJM remodeled our kitchen and we were beyond satisfied with the finished product. From the initial consultation to the final day of work, everything was done to and beyond our initial expectations. Chuck and Bree were able to come up with a plan that added usable space within the existing footprint, something that other contractors we spoke with never envisioned. Bree was responsive and helpful throughout the process, constantly making us aware of who and what was coming next. John, who was on site every day, was tremendous. He was both attentive and easy to work with, and the finished product speaks to his skill. We will certainly use CJM for any projects going forward.

I just finshed up a major home renovation with CJM Builders and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! From the beginning, Chuck had some great ideas on how we could create an open concept in our split level home. He and Bree worked with us until we were satisfied with a design. From there we got top quality work with every aspect of our project. John's carpentry was simply perfection with an incredible attention to detail. Nelson's painting was flawless. Bree was a very communicative and knowledgeable project manager and design consultant. The contractors they hired (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, plasterers, flooring installers, stone workers, tile installers) all did great work and took care of any issues that arose. CJM actually made it easy to live through a home renovation and I'm so glad we decided to renovate rather than move. CJM builders remodeled our three season room to year round living space. My wife and I can’t say enough good things about them. From planning to completion, the communication was terrific. CJM listened to our ideas and thoughts. They made recommendations because they saw things we didn’t see. Mike, who oversaw the day to day operation picked up on things we never would have seen. Bree was wonderful to work with. From keeping us informed about what was going to happen next, and helping with ideas for flooring, lighting, and design.
