I love Viola Roofing. I first contacted them about 2 years ago and they identified and fixed a long-standing problem by installing back flashing to my gutters. More recently they were very prompt and cooperative in terms of scheduling in cleaning my gutters and making a few small roof repairs. Also sent me photos of their work to submit to my insurance company. Easy and clear communication. Friendly and helpful crew! Highest recommendation!

Really happy with Viola Roofing. The whole experience from the initial estimate appointment through final repairs was top notch. Brian went over and above during his estimate visit and made some simple temporary fixes to prevent further damage before I had even hired the company! The price quoted was significantly lower than other estimates as well. Communication and follow up went just as smoothly, and the workers left everything spotless. This was for soffit and fascia damage from the big storm. Highly recommended!

We decided to get vinyl siding and new gutters on our house. Mike showed up within a few days and gave us such a great estimate we decided to have the deck replaced as well. All work was done within 2 weeks and we literally did not have one issue with any of it. His team did a great job including leaving our yard spotless when they were done. We now receive many compliments about our house. We highly recommend Mike for this kind of work.

My mom called to have an estimate for our roof & Mike came out and checked the roof out, within a few days he had an estimate for her, he was so nice and very professional. The workers were gentleman & fast at getting the roof done, they did such a great job. They even fixed some of our gutters that were damaged from a storm. I had two roof jobs done in the same year (two different houses). Viola did one of them. For about the same sized roof, they were about 2/3 the cost of the other roof. I don't normally go with the cheaper contractor but Viola came recommended. They did a great job. And I accidentally overpaid them by several thousand dollars and they refunded me promptly. So far the house has gone through one decent rainstorm with no leaks, so I think it was a decent job. I would use them again.

Mike came out to my house to look at a roof replacement. I can’t say enough good things about this stellar company. I first had them replace the shingles on my home a few years ago and I felt comfortable dealing with the owner, Mike, from my first contact with him. Finding honest and reliable people to do work on your home can be a challenge but I feel like I struck gold with Viola Roofing. Since then, I’ve used them to do repair work to siding on my house whenever a Nor’easter causes any damage. Mike did not install the siding but is more than willing to respond to my many requests to repair storm damage to the siding…..and living in Hull that seems to happen a lot. His crew works efficiently as a team. That new roof I had installed on my home and garage a few years ago only took the team one day to do! They do excellent work and are trustworthy! We used Viola Roofing to replace our roof in November 2016. We had a very good experience with the company and I would recommend them to anyone. Once we signed the contract, Viola said they would give us a schedule within a few weeks, which they did. The work started on the date specified. The job was scheduled to take 3 days, but was done in 2 and a half days. The crew of Viola employees was large, very polite, showed up on time every day, and cleaned up thoroughly during and after the job. The charges for the job were exactly as specified in the contract. I feel that Viola was extremely considerate, honest, and fair in the way they treated us, and we are very happy with their work. Getting your roof replaced is unavoidably noisy and unpleasant, but they made it as easy as possible for us. Over the past 10 years, we have used a number of different contractors for renovation work on our house, and Viola really stands out for their professionalism.

I found him to be courteous, professional and very communicative throughout the whole process always answering right way any questions or concerns I had. I was very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the work done and enjoyed working with Viola.
