Tom was very quick to come out and give me a quote. We hired add-it-now to do our deck and couldn’t be more pleased. Tom outlined the process, gave us a timeline, and took care of all the details along the way. The final result is exactly what we wanted. The Add it now Dormer Company completed a large addition to our home; demo, new framing, rooms and roofing. At the very beginning we encountered an architectual problem, caused by a 3rd party. The AIND Co altered plans quickly and helped with a quick redesign on bedroom spacing and closets.The team showed up on their scheduled time every morning, handled everything professionally and kept a clean job site throughout the duration.The work came out great, roofing match was on point and the house looks as if it should have been done this way from the original build. The price and timeline were same at the beginning and then end of the month long project.As a bonus, they entertained the kids before the bus and played fetch with the dogs during lunch.Overall, a great group and great work.

They have done 2 massive projects for me great quotes and great delivery. 1 was a full gut job and internal reframe of a brownstone, including moving 3 levels of stairs and re-leveling and adding floors. Incredible work quality, great work ethic and good communication. the second project was an addition on a historic home adding 60% living space and raising a roofline. impeccable work again, good respect of our ideas to preserve history and happy to think creatively to accentuate historic features of this 1802 home. Would absolutely work with again.

Had this company come out to look at a project. They sat at our kitchen island and drew out the plans and made sure to have all measurements needed to quote the project. Spent more than 90 minutes with the contractor. They never sent us a quote they never responded to emails or voice-mail. Not sure what happened but wasn't a great experience.

I thought Tom was a great guy and was happy to work with him. We got our project lined up in his schedule months in advance and he was supposed to start almost 2 months ago. On the Sunday before he was supposed to start, I got an email saying "We won't be there this week" and that was the last I heard from him. I've been calling and emailing 3x a week now for 2 months, but he clearly has decided he's not going to do my project and has left me to start the scheduling and permit process all over again from the beginning. It will end up costing me 6 months at least on my project and push the work into the winter. It's one thing to leave me hanging, but he could at least be professional enough to take my calls and explain why.Thankfully, I had not given him any money yet.Service: Remodeling
