I had Aspen do a repair on part of our roof where we were having some leaks. They fixed it, cleaned up thoroughly and their crew was nice. Initially, the shingles were a slight mismatch. However, they came back quickly and got it just right without hassle or delay. They were very responsive with no nonsense, which is impressive. It is also important to me that they took responsibility and did it right. The repair they did looks great. I’d definitely recommend and use them again.

The folks at Aspen Roofing were all friendly and professional, from office staff to the roofers. The roof looks amazing and they went above and beyond repairing various holes and other issues. Everything about the company was professional and timely. We highly recommend Aspen Roofing! We had a mysterious roof leak into the second floor bathroom A/C vent that another company could not track down. Aspen Roofing made a free visit to diagnose the problem and then scheduled a small crew to repair the leak. They quickly found the source of the problem - a vent pipe that had somehow been nicked - replaced the pipe and shingles in less then two hours, and solved our problem at a reasonable price. The workmen were careful, cleaned up after their work, and showed us pictures of the before and after of the installation. I'd use them again!Service: Roof repair

This is some of the best service I have ever had. Joe got back to me right away following my inquiry, followed up and answered all of my questions. The pricing was fair and the service scheduled quickly. To top it off the job was done beautifully and the men who did the job were efficient, polite and cleaned up to leave it better than when they started! My gargage roof looked like a english cottage with all of the moss and stuff growing on it...it now looks brand new. My gutters are flowing freely so I won't have ice dams this winter.Highly, highly recommend!!

We called the company needing help with a leak during bad weather. Cori came out to access what needed to be done. It was a very busy time for them so it did take awhile to fit us in. We have a flat roof with a rooftop deck and there was another leak issue with within a couple weeks after the first inital repairs. After calling in again the owner called back directly and was able to get a couple workers here I think the same day, very impressed. If we needed roofers again ( hopefully not) I would call them again. I would also recommend anyone looking for a roofer to give them a call. The receptionist, Wendy does a great follow-up too.

Responded quickly to my call, and made an appointment to look at the roof a few days later. He arrived on time and immediately climbed up on the roof to assess the reason for the leak (even took pictures with his phone while he was up there to show me later). I had some large gaps in the flashing around the chimney. He gave me what I consider to be a fair ballpark quote, and then his team showed up two days later to complete the repair. Looks great and, though we haven't had much rain, I don't see any sign of further leaking. The bill was very close to his estimate. I found them to be responsive, knowledgable, and professional. Awful experience! It took over a week for them to get back to me after my initial call about a leak in my roof. Then they cancelled the appointment I made to get an estimate because of another job. After about 3 weeks, someone finally came out and gave me an estimate, and said they’d be out the following week to repair it and never came. Then when I called because my dayghter’s bedroom ceiling was caving in due to the leak, they didn’t get back to me until the following day AND acted like they were doing me a huge favor by squeezing me in that day! And this after 3-4 weeks of chasing them down. Never again!
