Gibely Contracting replaced the roof and 11 skylights. All work was performed in a very timely, efficient and professional manner. All skylights fit perfectly and were finished inside and out. The workers were very professional and they cleaned up all areas around the house at the end of each day. Some additional work was needed because of damage found under the siding, which Gibely also repaired. Gibely carpenters also replaced two outside doors. They did an excellent job. I had holes patched in roof, new shingles, new plywood sheathing, re-used clapboards and even painted the new clap-boards! They pointed out a leak I didn't know about and helped me track it down. Very versatile and easy to work with. The price charged was what they quoted. Len Gibley did wonderful work on our roof this March. We needed both rafter replacement and reshingling and they completed the work within in a single day in spite of less than ideal weather. When it was revealed that additional work would be needed, they reached out to us promptly and provided detailed information on the scope of work and the cost. Everything was extremely transparent and professional! Everyone we worked with at Len Gibley, from the office staff to the roofing crew, was extremely polite and friendly and they left the house and yard pristine when the work was completed. We needed to replace two skylights and the back half of our roof. I'm so glad we chose to work with Len Gibley's team - they communicated proactively from the first moment I requested a quote. They let me know when weather would delay our start and arrived right on time the day we scheduled. Skylights required some indoor finish work and that was done really well and they left my upstairs cleaner than they found it. The crew were all friendly and polite and very careful to protect our property and left the outdoors immaculate - they even bring leaf blowers to make sure everything is off the patio and driveway. No screws left behind to give you a flat tire. Will hire this company again and 100% recommend them.

Len Gibely Contracting was responsive, fairly priced, and did a terrific job. Our new roof went up so efficiently (everyone came on time and it took even less time than we were told it would) and looks so good that our neighbors asked workers about doing theirs while the job was still in progress!
