I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the lack of action taken by Melo's Construction LLC regarding the ongoing roof leak issue at our location. Despite the assurances and promises to resolve the matter, no concrete steps have been taken, and the situation remains unresolved after 6 months.It is regrettable that despite multiple attempts to reach a resolution and your commitment to address the issue, we find ourselves in a position where we must pursue alternative avenues for recourse. Your failure to uphold the terms of the warranty and rectify the persistent leaks has resulted in substantial damage to our property and financial losses.

Melo’s has done two projects for me recently - building a garage and redoing my roof and I am so happy with the work. The crew is professional and meticulous - and the results were top-quality craftsmanship. I cannot recommend Melo’s enough. I chose Melo's construction because I've seen them around and heard good things from others. I was honestly surprised they were willing to travel so far from Peabody to Tewksbury but very happy that they were able to do so. They were very prompt with their work and even though it spanned the weekend, they made sure the roof was in a state that the home was still safe from water. I have a hipped roof with an addition that has caused me headaches in two particular sections and was only remedied with some flashing that should have been done when the roof was shingled last but was not. Melo's construction made sure it was done correctly this time and I feel confident I won't have to worry about the issues I have in the past.

This contractor is honest and reliable. His prices are very reasonable compared to other quotes I received from other roofing contractors. I had them replace (3) roofs. They did an outstanding job! This is why I gave them 5 stars!!!!!! I would highly recommend Melo's Construction for your roof repairs or replacement.

I am very happy with my decision to go with Melo Construction to replace our roof!!! Faustino, the owner was very pleasant & professional as were his crew! They came when he said they would! They worked very hard & fast! Very knowledgeable! My husband was extremely impressed with the product they used & their attention to details! He gave us a fair price! The areas around the house where material feel were clean up meticulously!!! It was a pleasure doing business with them!!!!

We just had our roof replaced my Melos construction and i don't have words to describe how awesome the experience was. First they showed up when they told us they would be here completed the job in one day cleaned everything when i got home from work it was like the roof was replaced magically. I know how hard it is to find a trust worthy roofing/construction company now a days. However, coming across melo's construction changed that for me. Not only did I get a quick response and reasonable quote, but also an amazing end product. Overall great experience and great workers.

I needed a quote for a new deck. Someone from Melo's construction came out on 4/30/18 and took measurements. They said they would send me a quote in 2 days but I never heard back. Not sure why someone would come out and waste my time
