When my roof needed repair quickly, I started obtaining estimates and asking everyone I knew for recommendations.The first one was reasonable but it came with "there may be additional" costs. The second one was twice as much as the first. Great presentation but the price was sky high even when they began cutting some high end products. How do you compare those two?The third one came in even higher than the second. No proposal, just a price. I needed a fourth to have some kind of tie breaker.A friend recommended US Roofing. This friend is very, very particular and if he had them do work for him, that was almost the sale. I called them, they came the next day. Their price was the lowest I had received.Finally, comparing the actual contracts to make sure all the same services and quality components were included. US Roofing addressed every concern. Their contract was clear and focused on guarantees not on additional charges. They communicated with me every step of the process and were there when they said and finished the next day. They completed the house, over the bay windows, over the front door, a flat roof on an addition and the 2 car garage.I chose a dark grey color for the shingles. They put a lighter color only on the flat roof - to match the other flat roof that had just been done the previous year. Then they were gone. Except for the beautiful new roofs, you would not know that they had been there. I have nothing but good things to say about US Roofing.

Don't waste your time with these guys. They came to my house over 3 weeks ago to look at my roof for a repair, spent 45 minutes here inspecting the roof and using a drone for pictures. A week later, no estimate from these guys , not even a message. I called them and they assured me they would get back to me with an estimate, and yet 2 weeks later, still no estimate. Not going to waste not even a second more on these guys!

We couldn't be happier with the work done by US Roofing. We have a very tricky Victorian roof that needed replacement. The team from US Roofing was fantastic from start (quote, pricing, materials) to finish (completion of work, clean up and recommendations for gutters and a small porch overhang that ended up needing replacement). This team was efficient, didn't cut corners or just mask over problems, and wanted what was best for our property, as we did. They listened, checked in with us throughout the process and were thorough. They showed up on time each day and spent time searching for any loose nails at the job completion. If you are considering replacing your roof, hire US Roofing. Their price was very competitive compared to others we looked into. They took their time and did the job right. Mike Murray was great to deal with. Lowest quote in the region out of over 10 roofing quotes I got. Moved up early to fit me in the schedule when my roof was leaking. Very professional. Used high end shingles was in and out within 2-3 days and cleaned up everything in the yard after immaculate. It doesn’t get much better than US Roofing. As our roof aged and we started having roofing issues, a sense of urgency and uneasiness set in realizing our house was no longer new. Not knowing who to call, I found their listing in the phone book… pre-internet days. They responded to my leaking roof immediately, identified the problem and repaired it right away. Never had any needs to repair their repair. As our roof aged-out and in need of replacement our choice was clear… US Roofing. Owner Michael Murray spent as much time as we needed determining what new shingles we would use, as well as what other newer technologies we might consider to improve the weather resistance of this key element to stay dry and safe all year long. We found Michael’s quote to be very competitive with other companies we considered. The work was scheduled and completed quickly to our outmost satisfaction. The workers were all polite and took extreme care while working around our property. We’ve had this roof since 2016. Over the years a couple of minor storm damage issues have occurred. Each time, and as recently as this week, one call to US Roofing gets their immediate attention, and workers are out immediately to make any necessary repairs. It’s always hard when making decisions about who to hire for house repairs, especially with replacing a roof given the amount of your investment. We needed a new roof and I was panicking because I did not know anyone who I could call, a friend at work recommended US Roofing and let me tell you if you need your roof replaced call them. What an incredible experience we had they were absolutely awesome, so professional and so nice my roof came out amazing I cannot speak highly enough about them. After asking people in our area for roofer recommendations, I contacted Michael Murray with US Roofing about a year ago. I followed up with references he provided upon request. Customers were very satisfied with this company, so I hired them. Price was fair and they provided an Ice Shield (necessary in MA), and the color and shingle style I wanted.We have a 2 story garage next to our home. The garage roof needed to be replaced. They did an excellent job. Showed up as promised, several workers replaced the old roof, carefully working around the skylights, and it looks great. No leaks.Over the winter, December 2019, we were leaving town the following day for the holidays, and the house roof developed 2 leaks. I contacted Michael that night, who sent a roofer to do a quick emergency repair, which held for a few months. I was so pleasantly surprised that he said they weren’t charging me, as he hoped I’d be his customer for the house roof.Yesterday, his crew of 6 men worked all day and replaced my house’s roof. Looks great! Fair price. Cleaned up after finishing. Because of an oddly shaped roof shape, he has to create a special metal piece connecting two roof areas, and said once they’re completely finished, I will pay then.There are many unscrupulous service people whom you hear horror stories about- you pay a chunk of money, they leave without finishing; shoddy workmanship, etc. My experience with US Roofing has been the antithesis of that.Michael and US Roofing have treated me so well that I recommended him to my next door neighbor for a house roof replacement. Michael Murray, his lead crew member, the roofers working hard all deserve the accolades others give them.

Excellent. Mike & crew did a great job on my roof. Our solar panels leaked, it went back and forth between insurances; Mike was flexible. He knew the color before I did. Exact on measurements and price. Thankfully, I showed him the plans for reinstalling the solar panels; they were wrong and he had to correct them - unbelievable. Gave great advice on vents I wanted to redirect; and changing the skylight was a smart idea. Very, very clean. The dumpster was on blocks, no damage to driveway. They covered my 12/24 above ground pool and NOTHING went in it. Sadly, my Mom was hospitalized during this and then passed in hospice. Mike and his crew were all so kind and understanding. Great people. Great work. While they were wrapping up, I noticed gutters lettered on their truck. We now have beautiful new gutters and Azek facia. I joked with Mike that US Roofing should be the benchmark for roofing. Definitely use them.

As much as a new roof is not a fun huge expense, we are so relieved that it's done and could not be happier with the service we received from US Roofing. The gentlemen that did the roof were amazingly hard working. We were completely impressed with their efficiency and tidiness. We did not find a single nail in our pea stone driveway. Additionally, the crew was so considerate of safety. They were very careful with me and our dogs when we had to go out for breaks during the day, making sure there was no debris in the way that could cause me to trip or hurt our dogs paws. Nobody wants to have to do a roof. But if you have to, I highly recommend US Roofing. Using US Roofing for our roof replacement was definitely money well spent.
