Chris was a pleasure to work with. He gave us an estimate for a roof replacement using the best quality roof shingles and stuck to it to the penny. The roof replacement was completed in one day utilizing seventeen workers. Chris had a portable potty delivered for the workers to use and the cleanup after the roof was completed was perfect. By the end of the day, there was no way to tell that a major construction job was completed other than there was a beautiful new roof in place. We have high regard and respect for Chris and his team. Chris and his associates took on a difficult job removing a portion of our metal roofing to replace a badly damaged skylight. The work crew arrived after a two day snow/sleet event, mobilzed and went to work. Safety precautions we put in place, snow and ice removed from the roof area, existing metal and skylight removed, under lament installed and the new metal and skylight installed with complete clean-up. Professional and personable. From the first phone call to Chris to the end of our project Battaini Roofing provided excellent service. Phone calls were returned promptly if not answered when dialed. Appointments were kept and on time, schedules were maintained as agreed upon. The quote was competitive and was adhered to. The crew at Battaini is hardworking and their craftmanship is very good. Two layers of shingles were removed, a ridge vent was installed, the chimney repointed and flashed, ice and water barriers were installed as needed as was a new drip edge all the way around. All this work was completed in one day, including a two-car garage. The cleanup was also very good. Chris Battaini was the lowest of three bidders for reroofing our home.His proposal was very detailed, describing exactly what was being done and what materials were being used. We did note that Chris was using a higher grade of shingles than other bidders proposed. I called three of the references he had listed, who all gave glowing reviews that usually started with words like “fantastic” and “outstanding”. After my experience, I would have to say the same thing.Chris started the day he said he would and finished our 4200 sq ft home in one day.
