Nick came out the day I called to have my roof checked because we had defective shingles on a whole side of our roof and a leak above our shower. He came out right away and gave us an amazing quote to work with. The quality of the work and flexibility with scheduling and getting a down payment for the work was impeccable. Everything was finished today and I'm so happy with the work. It feels nice to not see shingles on the ground and know our roof is new and weather resistant! I wouldn't recommend anyone else for roofing in the area!

Hisworkers are efficient and thorough. He check in as the daygoes by and does a complete follow-up after the work iscomplete. Kudos to Nick Munroe and his crew. Nick quickly responded to me with a fair quote and contract. He listened to my needs and was easy to talk with. He is very knowledgable and resolved some issues with the quirks of my house. His crew of 5 was prompt and worked quickly and precisely as a coordinated team. In one day my new roof was finished as my neighbors watched in amazement.I hope to have them back to complete some new projects andto fix 2 very minor things that were overlooked. The overall experience and value were outstanding from the first contact with Munroe. Nick Munroe - the owner worked with me over the phone to help my wife and I make a decision on the projected cost to replace the roof and damaged plywood. This was needed as we were trying to determine an offer on a new house. Needless to say we did purchase the house and used Munroe to do the job. Nick was fair to his word and honored his original estimate. During the project Nick was on site as he said he would be overseeing the job, sent me videos throughout the process showing me any additional recommendations as he went along and showing overall progress. He had 4 crews on the job and completed the project in 2 days. The finished project was as promised and he left the property without any shrub or other damage. Hurricane Ian took down my Marines flag/flag pole and the piece of wood it was nailed to. The front of my vertical column on my porch was ripped in half. I was devastated, because I needed that flag up, as my son is in bootcamp and this Mama needs to represent!!! I called 3 different places and although all 3 responded, Nick Munroe was the only one to follow through. He came to my house to assess the damage while I was at work. He kept me informed that he was on his way to my home and at what time he’d be arriving. 30 minutes later, I receive a picture/video of my son’s beautiful Marine flag blowing in the wind and a message “Thank your son for his service”. I cried! Nick Munroe, I can NOT thank you enough! Your kindness, generosity and professionalism is above and beyond and heartwarming, especially during this difficult time in my life being without my boy. Nick did a wonderful job and you can barely tell that anything happened at all! I am very pleased and happy with his excellent work! We continue to be impressed (and grateful) for Nick and his team. We met Nick by chance back in November after a crazy windstorm that had blown two trees over and onto our roof. While other companies were booking weeks out for removal, Nick pulled into our driveway and happily offered to help us with removal so we didn't sustain further damage. Removal went great and we also had him repair the damage to our roof and gutters. His team is professional, on-time and thorough. Nick walked us through any hiccups and helped answer questions (always with a smile!). And we are now moving forward with having him redo our siding! Overall we're just thankful to have met him and are impressed with his business and craftsmanship. I have had two excellent experiences with Munroe Roofing. The first time I called was because I had a dormer that was leaking. I called numerous roofers and Nick Munroe was the only one who called me back. Nick came to my house, checked out the dormer from inside the attic and outside on the roof, and explained the situation to me. He gave me a quote and did the repair in a timely manner. I was so impressed with Nick's work that a year later, when I decided to re-shingle my whole roof, I called Nick Munroe again. He immediately came to my house, gave me a very fair price, and I was lucky enough with the timing and weather to get my roof done in the same week. What impresses me about Nick is that you can always reach him and he always responds. He keeps you updated on the job, weather and timeline. The crew was professional, well priced and his workmanship is top quality. I highly recommend Munroe Roofing!

I had some shingles blow off in a storm and I called a few roofing companies that were either too busy to do the repair or just didn’t call me back. When I called Munroe, Nick answered, asked me to text him some pictures and said if the damage was clear enough he would send me a quote. I chose Munroe Roofing and Construction just from searching online and reading the rave reviews. This job was to replace the damaged flashing and shingles around the chimney. There had been major leaks during wind-driven rain. Although this winter brought major storms and power outages, the team helped as soon and they could.Nick had called to reassure me about the wait, and later on he set things up. Matt came to analyze and price the job (instantly charming a yelping little dog). On the day of the job, Kevin plodded down a slope through deep snow to the basement. He carried up a heavy box of unused roof shingles which saved us money. I will be enthusiastically recommending this company, also for indoor construction needs and repairs too!Service: Roof repair

Nick and his crew put a new roof on our house in downtown Plymouth in March 2017. He answered every question completely and in layman's terms. Munroe roofing replaced the roof on my house and detached garage. Nick's Comunication was excellent thoughout the process. He was at my door within 24hrs of my initial call to give me an estimate. His price was better than other prices I had gotten, and he was using better quality products than the other company, which shows he takes great pride in his work. Once started, my house and garage were completed in a day and a half, he also repointed part of my chimney where there was some water damage. Job finished on time (actually early) and on budget! I own a hip roof colonial in Plymouth. I bought it with what I thought was a newer roof. The shingles were new but flat rubber roof was original and was leaking pretty bad. I called Nick and he came out the next day and gave me a very reasonable quote. His competition send over a drone to look at my roof, no thanks! Unfortunately when Nick came out to do the job he had a broken leg and was not able to get up on the roof, although he did stay and supervise. His forman Matt and his crew did a terrific job. They were very professional and respectful and I was very pleased. I would highly recommend Munroe Roofing and would use them again in the future.

I used Monroe Roofing and Construction to install cedar shingles on the side of my house that gets the most weather. Nick, the owner, came out and gave an estimate and was very upfront in regards the work that would be completed, along with the associated costs. He fit us into the schedule quickly and was very communicative throughout the process. In fact, he even sent pictures of the work, as it was being completed. The work was done in a very timely manner. Most importantly, Nick strikes me as an honest guy who is not out to gouge his customers.

Nick and his crew started by fixing the flashing on a ventilation pipe on my house. After switching insurance companies I calledHim back to fix rotted rake boards. Our home was built in 1951 with hardly any exterior work. During this time we also knew we had to have the house resided and new roofs to repent leaking since the old owners never properly roofed our house. Nick and his crew were the guys for the job, 2 new roofs along with siding and tons of rot underneath they took care of our needs all for a reasonable price. We knew it would be expensive but nick worked with us. He replaced not only siding but trim and gutters and will come back to hang shutters and out final touches on the house. Super professional and down to earth. Highly recommend him!
