In January, after the first of the major wind storms this winter, I had a leak in a familiar place in the roof. It would happen once every five or six years or so depending on the gale force direction. It happened a week later with the next bad storm and I knew I had to do something immediately. Looked up roofers in Quincy, saw Secure Roofing and noted they were local with great reviews. Called them first and Mike was immediately responsive! He came over at 7:30 AM the next day, found the problem and he and his workers came back in a few hours and fixed it pronto! He was fair in price and easy with which to do business. He advised me properly and the repair has done the job throughout all of these fierce winter storms. I plan to hire him back this Spring to replace the roof. Secure Roofing has earned my respect and business!

We had a leak in our roof and called secure roofing. Mike came by and checked it out. He did an emergency patch to stop the leak. He then came by with his crew and stripped the old roof and installed a new roof with all of the safeguards. They did a great job, no mess thorough cleanup. Highly recommended !Jim

We had some shingles come loose during a storm and needed to find someone who could come fix it quickly. Mike was super responsive and was able to fit us into his schedule the next day. Pricing was fair and work quality was good. We will be calling Secure Roofing again in the future.

We simply cannot say enough about our experience with Secure Roofing. Having received a roof repair estimate for our condo building, and putting the job off until next spring, we called for an estimate on a specific leaking problem in our unit that needed attention before the winter sets in. Mike was there the next day for an assessment, showed up with an estimate the following day, and did the repair in a morning (with the amazing Juan Lima) two days later. They even went above and beyond by repairing a gutter that had sprung a joint and created cascades of water every time it rained. The price was more than fair and the work is impeccable. We will never use anyone else!Update on new work - January 2024Mike and his team are simply the best. We have an old house and there is always something happening. We'd put off a roof repair for too long and our top floor unit suddenly had their ceiling collapse. Mike was there that night, put up a temporary fix to get through the next several days of predicted rain, and was on site the moment it cleared to make the fix. Mike came be a few weeks ago to fix a leaky roof for us. I was very happy with the experience and the work. We've been having some issues with roof leaks ever since we got it replaced about 5 years ago and have had a few different contractors by to try and sort it all out. Secure roofing came by promptly and were able to identify a problem area and fix it on the spot for a very reasonable fee. Mike stressed that if we have any problems with the work we should get in touch with him, which was hugely appreciated. Called the owner on Tuesday evening after 6pm to see if he could come and take a look at a small leak that we had on our roof. Mike and another worker arrived the next day by 1 pm and made the necessary repairs. Usually don’t write in .in this case I think I have to . I was in a jam with insurance company . They wanted me to either replace !!or fix my roof , Or face policy cancellation. I was driving down the street when I spotted a company working on a roof in germain town Quincy . I stopped to meet the owner snd worker Michael Tahaney of SECURED ROOFING . I told him my situation . He said he would come see me on Tuesday . I was home waiting for an appliance delivery when I heard banging outside . I never expected what I seen it was Michael and company. Busy working on my roof . Within an hour they had my roof looking as good as new . I was shocked . And when it came time to pay . The price was way more !than generous . I recently had my entire roof replaced, and Michael and his crew did a phenomenal job. I had called a different company prior, and the quote they provided was $4000 dollars more. Michael is very responsive, always picks up my calls. He is straightforward and does not give the salesman pitch. During this most recent storm, I lost quit a few shingles on my roof in Squantum. I called Secured Roofing and they came out first thing the next day. Mike, the owner is very honest, professional and responsiveness, they fixed my roof and did a very professional job cleaning up after their work. I would very highly recommend them for any small or big job. I asked Mike if he thought I needed a new roof and he said the roof is still in good shape, he didn't try to sell me on a new roof which I really appreciated his honesty. I had a crack/leak roof on my house for a while that needed to get fixed; a month ago I had my entire house and garage roof replaced. We had a small, but crucial, roof leak that caused major damage in our kitchen. I sent photos to Michael, and he responded almost immediately on the same day. Six days later the roof is repaired! This was the smallest of jobs and we think it is amazing that he took time from his busy spring schedule to help us out.
