The Team @ Roof Kings has been installing/repairing all of my commercial properties for the last 3 years! I will not call anyone else. They have installed new or repaired all of my roofing issues in a timely manner & at a great value. They also stand by all of their work, if there are any further issues due to weather or just wear & tear. Dennis & Craig are so responsive that that we do not risk any further damage due to weather, when problems do come up! Just to be clear this review is for roof kings located in Quincy and run by Craig along with Noelle.I did not use any of their services as I gave up trying to get them to give me a comprehensive quote after 3 months of actively pursuing both Noelle and Craig with follow-up emails and calls. The one quote I did get was 89k for a roof and solar panels (unfortunately I have no idea what the roof cost or the solar panels). Noelle directs me to Craig for questions and left him a few voice mail messages over weeks with my contact information, what I wanted etc and did not hear back.(in my mind this is when Craig is doing his sales pitch and hasn't gotten my money yet.. imagine once he has already been paid, which is a huge red flag for me and should be for you as well)If they can't even get a price with the details behind what they will be doing, how would any one go forward. Potentially they can do an asphalt roof.. but based on the negative reviews it seemed too similar to my experience on just getting a quote.

After going through many proposals for a new asphalt roof replacement we decided The Roof Kings were the best roofers for our needs. Everything was great from start to finish, timely and very professional. They even left an extra bundle of shingles in case ever needed in the future. I ended up hiring the RoofKings for a roofing job on my garage and an overhaul of my raised porch. Of the multiple contractors I contacted for quotes, RoofKings was the most responsive. Craig came over, assessed my property, and gave me great advice on what to repair now and how to maintain the roof on my property over time. Crews arrived on time, got the job done quick. Job was done right the first time. The RoofKings team was professional, cleaned up after themselves, and even went above and beyond by taking care of a few things that weren't covered in the original quote at no additional cost. Please do not use this company. PLEASE. They installed a roof on my property in 2021 and it was been leaking since then. They have been out to repair it twice after numerous calls, voicemails, and chats with the receptionist that promised I would get calls back, and after the two "inspection" and repairs that finally were made, the roof has continued to fail in the same place. Waiting for a call back on the third try of getting this (new) roof to actually keep water out of my home.Service: Roof installation

This company did the roof on our house less than 5 years ago, and it has been leaking in two areas. They were not responsive in returning my calls and honoring the warranty. They eventually called me back and stated they would send a crew the next day. They never came. I ended up paying for work to be done by another company. I would not recommend.

I called Roof King for an estimate on my roof, the representative did not show up or call to cancel our initial appointment; when the rep was late he did not return my call until he was several hrs late. The rep showed up for our rescheduled appointment after which he said he'd get back to me with a bid. When after a week the bid did not arrive, I texted the rep to ask if the bid was coming and never got an answer. If this company's reps are this unreliable during the bidding process, I dread to imagine what would have happened to my roof if this company got the job. A bullet missed.
