We recently had some roof work done by Veritas Roofing to replace some shingles and repair a flat rubber roof portion on a small condominium. Everyone was very courteous, the work was done on time and on budget. No mess was left behind. We moved to this 1896 Colonial Revival home 3 years ago knowing it's roof was at the end of its life. The house is still mostly original and we want to maintain it as such. Starting last fall we sought out roofing contractors for advice and bids. After a thorough process we signed a contract with Michael at Veritas. This being my first ever roofing experience, I was more than a little nervous and apprehensive. One reads and hears of all sorts of roofing horror stories. Fast forward to today and we have an awesome new roof done professionally, perfectly and with minimal disruption to family life. Not an uncomplicated job, with stuff on the roof dating back beyond 30 years and with numerous dormers and high and steep roof lines. Michael even worked with us to size and install 3 skylights in this old roof. His crew installed them perfectly. Overall, we could not be more pleased and satisfied with the project. And for a fair and competitive price. While Michael is a busy man, he was always accessible and communicated accurately all aspects of the project. He's a good guy and we enjoyed working with him. This project fits into my small number of products and services that stand out as exceptional. We had a lot of contractors come out to price our roofing job and Mike's was the most competitive, backed by 2 warranties, years of experience and several trusted word of mouth reviews. He even had much better solutions/advice for a low grade roof in the back. Mike and his team were able to strip two layers and finish our 13 peak roof in 2 days flat. Our house was well protected by Veritas through demo and I hardly found any nails in the driveway. The warranty paperwork got jammed up by GAF, but Mike and I worked together until they got it fixed.

Michael and his crew came out and did a complete removal and replacement on our Queen Anne Victorian. They started at 7:00 am and finished by 6:00 pm. Their work was impeccable and their attention to detail was second to none. They used tarps to protect our plants and cleaned up everything. When they were finished our yard was spotless. I will refer anyone looking for a good roof at a fair price to Veritas!

Great experience with Veritas thus far, Michael understands our want to keep the front roof with cedar shakes in the spirit of our circa 1833 home, and had some great recommendations on how we could re-roof the back with newer architectural shingles and keep it still looking period correct. Veritas roofing was awesome. I had a 1400 sq ft ranch and a 24x24 garage. I came home at lunch time to see how they were progressing. I was shocked. The house was done and they were working on the garage. This wasn't a go over. All the old shingles were removed. I got a bidding war when I sold my house. The new roof was a major selling point. I wish Veritas could do my Florida house.
