I had a great experience with Gabe when he rebuilt my deck and converted a covered porch into a beautiful screened room. I especially appreciated his ability to take our rough idea of what we wanted and make it come to life. His pricing was very reasonable, and he treated each and every aspect of the project with the utmost care, never once cutting a corner or taking a shortcut. I am ecstatic with the finished product, and would highly recommend Gabe to anyone doing renovations on the Cape.

We couldn’t be happier with our recent remodeling project by GIP construction. The project involved remodeling the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and relocating the laundry room. Gabriel and his entire team were a pleasure to work with. Very professional!!! They listened to our needs and preferences and provided excellent guidance throughout the project. Gabriel also did an outstanding job communicating with us during the process. He kept us informed every step of the way by sending us videos and pictures. If we had any questions or concerns they were promptly addressed. We were also very impressed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our remodel project exceeded our expectations. We are already talking to Gabriel about another project we want done at the house. We highly recommend Gabriel and his team!!!

A friend referred me to Gabriel after having some projects done at her home in Chatham. What began as a straightforward deck replacement turned into multiple town hall appeals, and in-person meetings. Not only was Gabriel able to attend these meetings for us, but he also drafted all the letters and design paperwork to have the project approved through the town no matter how long it took. I am eternally grateful, but also recognize it was worth it to get him on the project.Gabriel is very capable, design, focused, and practical. If he sees an issue with the home, he will not patch it over and move on. He will give you a call; he wants to make sure you don’t have things like huge ant colonies, living in your shingles. (As in my experience).He’s available to talk—and if he’s not, he will make himself available later in the day after he’s offsite which I find is a rarity in the contractor/construction world. Another thing that I note is his professionalism. He’s not a person that I would question around my kids due to smoking or drinking which I have actually had happen on other projects at our home in Colorado. This also applies to his team!TLDR:I recommend Gabriel to anyone looking for a home project done right - no matter how small or large. He’s great at breaking things into phases if budgeting is required and will be honest if cutting a cost may mean less durability of the finished product. He stands by each project he completes. Highly recommend!!

It is my pleasure to write this review for GIP Construction. Gabriel worked with us to renovate our home in South Yarmouth. Being our first major renovation, it took many meetings between our family and Gabriel to finalize our vision. His professionalism and years of experience was very apparent as he helped us come up with a plan we all were happy with during multiple in person conversations at our home. We were referred to by a neighbor who recommended GIP and after seeing their renovation, we were initially very impressed by the preciseness and attention to detail. Gabriel's constant communication during the process was unparalleled as we were living 2 hours away from the home and could only periodically stop by to see the progress. Gabriel kindly sent us videos where he would walk through the house and show us the progress and talk through what they were working on. The constant communication made us more than confident in him and his team, and as issues occurred along the way (as this is the houses first renovation and termite damage was uncovered) Gabriel immediately communicated the issue, and offered resolutions to fix the problem quickly and keep the project on track. Our trust in Gabriel never wavered as it is very evident he does not offer sub par work. We are overjoyed with the outcome, and would highly recommend GIP Construction to anyone who may be looking to renovate.

It was a delight working with Gabriel on our home renovation. We had a fairly large project which included a kitchen and two bath renovation, raising the ceiling of our home almost 2 feet, replacing all our windows and updating the electrical and plumbing throughout. Gabriel is a fantastic communicator and kept us in the loop every step of the way, sharing videos and updates. At any moment if we had questions or requests he got back to us right away. Additionally, he completed the work on time and within budget and really went above and beyond making sure every last detail was covered. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Gabriel recently completed replacement of all windows on the second floor of our home. He was delightful to work with. His estimate was transparent and included the cost of the Lansing/Harvey windows. Lansing actually considers this information proprietary and they won't provide same to consumers, only to builders.Our home is over 90 years old and some of the windows were not square. Two windows were too low to the sloped roof. He raised both windows to avoid any future water collection issues. I suppose that older homes always present some unanticipated challenges, but Gab met these obstacles and completed a beautiful job. His adjustment for "extras" was absolutely minimal- more (or less) than fair.I have full confidence that he will exceed your expectations. His work is outstanding.

Gabe is always a joy to work with.He is very professional and on point with both guote and length of time a project will take.He leaves the work area clean at the end of the day which is very important as I have dogs who get into everything! He is very knowledgeable and willing to help make decisions to keep you in your budget. He remodeled my bathroom , installed my granite kitchen counter and built a wall in my kitchen. I highly recommend his company. His is the only one I will use.
