The crew was fantastic and great experience starting with Philip the project manager. Philip was so helpful especially with the insurance adjuster. Made himself available whenever needed. Jeremy was also fantastic! Very efficient and provided explanations for every step and answered all my questions. I felt confident in that Jeremy knew what he doing. We had four associates over the course of service: Phil, Jeremy, Richard and Gerald. They all were extremely thorough, hard working and professional. While there was a significant amount of remediation tear down and decontamination it was done efficiently and in a manner that allowed my wife and I to occupy the house in relative comfort. The effort in our house lasted 7 days but every evening the work areas were left clean and unobstructed. We are very appreciative of all the work they did.

My family can't find enough words of gratitude for the excellent teamwork that transpired from hiring Mike Jones, and his guys, to help bring our house back to our home. At one of the most vulnerable times in our lives due to the severity of damage, Phil, the project manager, to Jeremy, whom we saw almost everyday, to the many others who simply listened and reassured this mom that they would bring our home back for us. At first I cried, then gained composure from letting go, and letting them do what they do best. This mom, who is my family's project manager, was able to not worry. A time when my mother died the same day the loss took place, so i was a wreck. To any potential customers, these guys 100% know their stuff. I was constantly amazed how a company can be so professional, yet every visit was a comfort to us as we navigated through the toughest challenge of our lives.We simply cannot thank ServPro of Mid-Outer Cape Cod enough.As "our guys" drove away today, I have to say I shed some tears. This was a huge job and had some real challenges, but not once did they make any of us feel that we had a huge hurdle to climb. It was a pleasure doing business with them on getting mold remediation done in my attic. They showed up on time for every step, from estimate to finished job with no surprises. The employee they sent to do the job, Jeremy, did a great job and attic looks awesome. I was surprised at how well the stain remover in application worked. Called back promptly early on a Sunday morning within two hours of our pipe-burst, made sure I had turned off house water, put me in touch with my insurance adjuster, and came when they promised, at noon, just 7 hours after our pipe-burst. They did this while they had many calls because of a power outage and deep chill that had damaged many houses in the region. Did thorough clean-up, and six days of drying with blowers and dehumidifiers. Notified me about their visits and then always appeared on time. Trying to get Mass save to do work but the inspector found a bit of mold around the fireplace in attic on the wood framing boards, small job. I was so lucky to find SERVPRO!! Though the job was small, the still came out, gave me a good price. Actually showed up on time for estimate and work. Work was done quickly efficiently and they cleaned everything up!! The crew was fab! Went beyond and renail a support board. Who could ask for more, I won't hesitate to have them work for me again!!

I've needed help from Servpro twice, once due to severe flooding on the main floor of my home, and once for flooding in the in-law apartment in my basement. Both times they arrived super-quickly! They were very sensitive to the fact that these are traumatic events for a home owner. They rapidly set up their fans, blowers, driers, etc. They returned daily to check on us and the drying process. When they were finished, about a week later, they left no trace that they'd ever even been there - right down to cleaning up any dust they may have left behind. Called on a Sunday AM after furnace dumped many gallons of 140 degree water in the basement and the Servpro guys were here in under 2 hours with 20 blowers and 4 industrial dehumidifiers. Air handler water pump appears to keep tripping gfi. So it stopped working in severe humidity, the catch tray overflowed, and the water went a spilling all over my basement floor. I was about 6 gallons of water and an hour in to removing it myself, when I called ServPro and left an after hours message. Not urgent, I said. Nevertheless I got a call from the team at 7:30A and Jeremy and Elliston (joined later by Phil) were on the scene in little over an hour. Big piece of mind relief for me and far superior to the job that I would be able to do as homeowner. I am very happy with ServPro, latest plumbing disaster took place week of May 27, '22 and today June 14 Phil has come to put new fiberglass in and leave things ready for the drywaller! that's very quick! of course fans and dehumidfier had to do their magic too.
