I am the owner of Foran Realty in Dennis and had Bob do some work at my home. I found him to be reasonably priced, honest and reliable. His took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. Many of my clients ask for referrals to have work done on their home and I have recommend Bob to many of them. They have all been pleased with his work and grateful for the referral. I will continue to recommend Bob to anyone who needs anything done around their home.

I live in the Midwest and have a rental property in Chatham. Until I was introduce to Bob I had a real challenge finding a reliable, responsive and quality handyman. Not any longer. Bob is a pleasure to work with. He fixes my issues promptly and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.

WHAT A FIND!!!I have been looking for a true handyman for years without great results. I actually put a number of things aside because I just couldn't pull the trigger on another handyman that didn't deliver.Desperate I started looking again and came across a review for "The Guy". I certainly couldn't argue with his customer reviews. He was a perfect 5 stars so I figured we'd give him a shot.Well Bob " The Guy" just left our house.I contacted him a week or so ago and he was upfront about when he'd be available. He kept in touch and was able to come by today as he said he would. He arrived on time and went to work on a number of things. I sent him a list of roughly 6 or 7 things and by the time he left it grew to somewhere around 13 or 14 items. He approached everything with ease and professionalism and believe me when I tell you that Bob can do ANYTHING.Your house is as clean after he leaves as it was when he arrived.I just gave him an additional list of 20 items and Bob is coming back this week to tackle them.I can honestly say that Bob is the best at what he does.I hope this review helps someone else because I know the other reviews helped me.Brian O

We needed work done at our Cape house. It can be hard to find contractors on the Cape. Bob was professional, easy to deal with, had fair prices and did great work. We needed repairs to our deck and work inside the house. We were very pleased with Bob’s work and would hire him again.

I received Prompt, professional, courteous and reliable service. Bob showed up early on same day that I called to repair a roof shingle that had blown off. He repaired it, and found other loose shingles that he also secured. There was a leak in the attic and I was relieved, with rain expected all week. Thanks for a great job!

Repaired rotted wood steps with non-rot material - looks and is better than new. The Guy is skillfull, efficient, detail oriented, friendly and charges reasonable prices. Would hire him again.
