The Hydra Tech team is fantastic! We had a broken water main to our medical manufacturing facility. Within 2 hours we had a full crew mobilized to our facility. Lori helped with an estimate, COI, W-9 and great communication. Brendan managed the team and machine deployment, backfill materials, and strategic thinking to bring in a larger excavator as we realized the pipe was deeper than expected - turned out to be 13' down! It was 6 degrees out and the team stayed for 13 hours until we had water and a safe entryway into our facility. They had great interaction w the City of Marlborough to enable support after hours to get our water turned back online. The next day, they were onsite with pavement - like it never happened. Rock solid team with fantastic project management and laser execution - Hydra Tech is highly recommended.

Our main water service from the street failed this February. We called and spoke to Lori who was professional and kind throughout the whole process. Nick arrived in the afternoon we called, quickly diagnosed the issue and said someone would be in contact tomorrow. Lori called late that night to see if we they could come the next day between 0730-0800, and they arrived with a crew at 0800 exactly. It was 10° out and they stayed till 0100 the next morning. They left the place in great shape considering the ground was frozen and they had to replace 700’ of line. All of the crew was courteous and took the setbacks in stride. They were able to solve the problem with some ingenious thinking and great execution.The bill was large, but it was much smaller than anticipated, and clearly communicated.I hope to never need them again but can’t recommend them enough.

Needed to have sewer line repaired at the house after looking for excavator for a month hydra tech was recommended by the plumber who replaced hot water heater at the house.They said they would be at the house at 7:30 a.m. they arrived on time and worked non-stop all day cleaned up the site when they were finished. Excellent work crew definitely would recommend this company to my friend's.

We had a water main break under our 60,000sf commercial building. They arrive in 15 minutes and worked all day in incredibly cold conditions. Excellent repair and restored everything without a complaint. They are amazing! No need to call anyone else!
