McNeill & Son built a family room addition to my home and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. The result was a beautiful addition at a reasonable price. I am very impressed with the design, quality of the materials, and the craftmanship. Shane McNeill was very knowledgeable and personable as we worked through the design process. The crew members were very courteous and professional. Also, they took the time each day to make sure the site was clean and safe. I would definitely refer McNeill and Son to my family and friends.

G. McNeill & Son has been doing my snow removal for the last 5 years at a retail center and has done an excellent job and are always on top of weather conditions and providing me with updates and their pricing is competitive. I have also used them for other work as they are also a construction company and have completed a Fence replacement and misc. construction jobs for my different centers. Their work is of excellent quality and professionalism and they always keep me up to date on what is going on with the project. I highly recommend G. McNeill & Son for snow removal and misc. construction projects.

Editing my review, original review is below. Shane did reach out and apologize and explain what happened. He was very professional and admitted fault. I did not end up working with them as we found someone else already but I do give credit they are a very honest and respectable organization and handled this situation better than any I've ever seen. You can be assured if you work with them they will treat you with respect.-------------------I called to set up a time to get an estimate on a front porch replacement. Spoke with Shane, one of the owners. He was very nice and professional on the phone. We set up a time, and he did not show up. I called several times and left a voicemail requesting a call back but did not hear back. I would have accepted "We're not taking new jobs" if they weren't going to come.

McNeil & Sons did 2 projects for me. The first was a demolition of an old 2- 1/2 story barn that was within feet of my neighbors house. They did meticulous destruction that was safe and efficient so there was no collateral damage. They left the site in perfect condition. The 2nd project was even bigger because they did a whole new roof and a complete new interior that was damaged by a severe winter storm. Shane and his crew were always professional and they do quality work and I recommend them 100%.

My house got damaged and I called this contractor 4 - 5 times today. As soon as I said hello on my phone, my call was disconnected and I did not know why. Finally I was able to talk to a man on the phone and he spoke with an upset voice as if it was my fault to call him several times and those calls got disconnected when I have no time to play around as I need a helpful contractor to fix my house. In the final call, I asked him to come to my house to look at the damages so he can estimate and then work with insurance to fix the house, but he refused to come out to look at the damages to know what should be fixed. I'm not happy with the customer service I received from this contractor.
