The name of this company should be UNRELIABLE ROOFING. They met with us in our home, heard our concerns and told us to add a ridge vent and soffit vents, along with replacing damaged plywood. Less than one year after installation, the roof is bubbling, the flashing around our skylights is lifting and the ridge vent is uneven. The new roof looks worse than the old roof before we replaced it! The Town of Sharon Building Inspector failed the roof and there remains an open failed permit. The owner has been given ample time to resolve the problems and refuses to remedy the problem. Avoid this company!Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

We purchased windows from Reliable to replace some older ones in our house. The ordering process was very easy, and Carol worked with us to get the look that we wanted. We had some changes after placing the initial order, and there were no issues getting a revised quote. We have an older home and it required some unexpected carpentry work to frame in the opening for the replacement windows in our living room. The carpenters from Reliable did an excellent job framing and installing the new windows. They also replaced all the interior and exterior trim for all the windows. They did a great job, professional work, and it matched our existing trim. We would not hesitate to return to Reliable for any other work we might need in the future.

We hire Reliable to put a new roof on a large home. From the first time I spoke to Rob and team, every interaction was professional and informative. The company lived up to the reputation with a high degree of care for the customer. The office personnel were helpful with scheduling and made payment simple. Our experience with Reliable was excellent. They showed up when they said they would. The job was done in a timely and professional manner. My house looks absolutely amazing. It does not even look like the same house. Carol was great to deal with. I never felt like I was bothering her. I am so happy with the job they did. This is our 2nd experience with them. Several years ago they replaced our roof, gutters, downspouts and 2 skylights. They did a great job on that project also. I would recommend them and hire them again myself.

My experience with Reliable was fantastic! They sent out a roofer to check out our situation who provided great insight and didn't try to sell or push anything (and in fact talked me out of an option based on his experience). The salesperson was not pushy at all, came out and took measurements, and submitted a bid for review which was lower than others received for the same job.After executing the contract, they informed me a day or two later that a dumpster would be arriving and the job would be done in the next 3-5 days. I was actually away when the work was performed, but from what I could tell they protected our plants and trees and the house very well, and cleanup was nearly spotless.The work itself is great. They replaced the roof, installed a ridge vent, and removed a failed exhaust fan (and some other vents), repairing the voids and you'd never know they were there.Professional from beginning to end. I highly recommend Reliable for roofing, and will consider them for future jobs in their other areas.Service: Roof installation

Reliable installed new vinyl siding, trim, and gutters. The crew that did the work was professional, efficient, and clean. Being in the construction business I had very high expectations for my first house, my expectations were met and exceeded. I bought this house knowing that it would need extensive work and the siding portion has been very pain free thanks to Reliable. Rob quoted and performed the work in a timely manner and his price was very competitive. As with any renovation project there were a couple curveballs but Rob and his crew took them in stride and had a solution for every challenge. I can't believe the amount of compliments I get on my new vinyl. I look forward to my next project with Reliable and would highly recommend them.

We had a small leak in our roof with no clear source. They came out did an inspection noticed that roof was not properly installed and after 15 years had failed sooner than expected. They gave us options and ultimately we decided to have it replaced. They came out quickly and replaced the roof in a day and did a very though job cleaning up the nails and trash afterwards. We also had 5 basement windows replaced at the same time by them and they did a great job installing those as well.Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation

Phil and his team did a good job installing 13 Harvey windows. They removed all obstacles themselves (furniture, drapes, flower boxes) and put them back after the job was done. Neat and cleaned up after themselves. Price was middle of the pack, but the brands they use were of better quality than several other companies we got quotes from. Communication with the office could have been better.

The installers were great. We had a new roof, gutters, siding and 12 new windows installed. There were delays in materials, which were expected, when they came to work I was impressed. The siding crew was attentive and would walk around the house with me fixing any issues I had immediately. The window installers were professional and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about Reliable! Rob was the sales/quote person to start the project and he was very helpful throughout the entire process, checking in with me multiple times to keep me updated and in the loop. I was not too knowledgeable on some of the different products offered and Rob helped calm my nerves and worked out the best product for my situation. Carol was a absolute doll and very nice and easy to deal with will the scheduling. When she told me someone would be there "Tuesday at 8am" the staff showed up Tuesday at 8am. I had 2 doors replaced, my entire house was striped and vinyl siding was added, all my trim work was updated and new gutters and down spouts were installed. The window crew was very nice and professional and cleaned up after themselves when finished inside my home. The siding crew was also very nice and you could tell that they really cared how my home looked. From the start with Carol, who is very easy to talk to as to what your needs are, to the measurements with Jay and finished with the installation of my 5 windows and 1 sliding patio door with the 3 installers I couldn't be happier. They were totally professional from start to finish and kept me informed as to when the windows would be in (approx. 4 weeks from the signing of the contract). The installers made sure that everything was covered with drop cloths, moved some furniture, took off window treatments, cleaned up everything after the job was done and all furniture & treatments were put back. Couldn't believe that the installation was done in 1 day and looks fantastic. The price for the entire job was definitely worth every penny and so very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Reliable Roofing, Siding & Windows without hesitation. Customer service and overall service was exceptional. My experience with Reliable was great from start to finish. The salesperson was friendly and helpful. He offered several choices and discussed the pros and cons of each. They sent quotes for the options the next day. The installation team arrived when they said they would, were efficient and professional, and completed their tasks in the time frame they indicated. The finished product (a new sliding glass door from our kitchen to the deck) looked great. I would have no hesitation to use their services again.
