I've found from my experiences that the best work speaks for itself, long after the job is completed. Stephen was very professional when he met to measure the work needed, and gave a thorough estimate. The work was done quickly and professionally and in perfect timing since weeks of rain came right afterwards, but we haven't had a leak or other issues since. From every angle it looks clean and flat. The neighbors said how efficient and quiet Stephen's workers were. The whole job of stripping the old roof and installing new was done in 1 day. Their clean-up was done quickly into their own dumpster which was removed the day after. They removed any nails on the ground by a large rolling magnet, and Stephen did the same again the next day just to make sure, without being asked. That I think is the best thing about them. Flynn Roofing Company replaced our roof and installed new gutters and a gutter screening system. From beginning to end the experience was tremendous. It was apparent from our first meeting with company owner Stephen Flynn that he is honest and cares behind his work. I had such a positive experience with Flynn Roofing for the first roof I had done with them that I contracted with them again to do another roof for me (rental property). The reason I keep using them is because top down, everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous and professional and I know I’m going to get quality work. The roof needed A LOT of work (repairs to roof, new facia/gutters, new skylight, etc.) and Stephen and his crew did a fantastic job. The folks I dealt with at each step were pleasant and accommodating and kept the lines of communication open. Even my tenant complimented on the crew and the cleanup done at the end of the job. I would absolutely recommend Flynn Roofing!

Amazing work, amazing people! Just recently we had to change the entire roof and gutters on our house. Flynn Roofing came as highly recommended by someone we knew so we decided to call them. Right from the beginning it was such a good experience. We had a very quick response from the company. On the very next day Stephen came to our house to examine the roof (actually he went up to evaluate what needed to be done), suggested different options and told us how they would proceed. He brought large samples of different colors of shingles and left it with us so we could take our time to choose and not to be rushed. We also received a list of their recent roof jobs in our area with the names of the colors attached with a suggestion to check the houses in the neighborhood and I must say that was a very good suggestion. The entire team was very professional. They completed the work in only 2.5 days! The property was cleaned until perfection and not one nail was left! We highly recommend their services.

I emailed Flynn Roofing and the owner Stephen got back to me in timely fashion to set up an appointment to come over to inspect my leaky roof. He climbed up to the roof and took measurements and emailed me in a couple of days with a quote. It wasn't the cheapest, and it wasn't the most expensive quote. Other contacts I reached out to either never responded or didn't even bother to climb a ladder. The job was a full roof installation plus 2 skylights. Ultimately I decided to go with Flynn Roofing because Stephen was professional and responsive and was able to accommodate my requests. He also provided a list of references for all the roofs that his company has worked on. It was a very very long list. Over the years, his company has had a lot of experience with installing roofs so they must know what they are doing. He guarantees the workmanship for 10 years I believe, and also offers a manufacturer warranty for the roof shingles against any defects His crew was very experienced and efficient and finished the job in 1 day. When I started the process to have my roof replaced I called several companies. Several of of them used satellite images to give me a price over the phone. They couldn’t be bothered to come out and look at the roof and meet with a potential customer. When I called Flynn Roofing, Steve answered the phone and told me he was on a job at that but would come by several hours later. He called back later and told me he would be there in 30 minutes. He arrived on time and put a ladder to the roof and physically measured the roof. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and answer any questions. He gave me what I thought was a fair price and I gave him the job.The crew arrived on time and made precautions to protect my shrubs and lawn. During stripping process it was discovered that the roof decking needed substantial attention. He could have easily charged me an outrageous price to repair the decking but he kept the cost to a minimum.The crew worked diligently to complete the job and did a great cleanup. Anyone looking to have a roof done I would recommend him highly. He is local and does s great job and I’m sure will stand behind his work.Service: Roof installation

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Stephen Flynn and his crew replaced my roof, gutters, and installed two new Velux solar skylights in July 2020. From contact to finish, a highly professional experience. Stephen was prompt in scheduling a site visit, Robyn got the quote/contract out quickly, and the work was scheduled in a reasonable period of time given summer high season and our New England weather. The job was two days, start to finish. Removing the old roof, gutters, and two existing skylights, laying down weather protection and flashing, doing some sheathing & fascia repair, installing the new roof, gutters, and skylights. The job was done cleanly too, with a dumpster and lots of tarps, no damage to my lawn & plantings, no residual roofing material or nails.

We selected Flynn Roofing of Weymouth to replace our roof after a 2-month search for a competent professional roofer. They have it all. They document the work to be completed, they return telephone calls, and their employees are competent and neat. I learned early on with any contractor, if they do not return calls when you are requesting a bid-how will they respond if there is a problem?When I requested a list of 5 references, Steve Flynn gave me an excel spread sheet of over 1500 names and addresses of roofs they have done over the years.Once the job was completed and I reviewed the work, there was one issue regarding a vent pipe in the roof. I am not sure if this problem was always there or a function of prior work, but when I pointed out this minor issue to the job foreman, there was no blaming of possible prior work and the roofers just fixed the issue.My neighbors who recently had a roof replaced, found debris that was left by their roofers as well as nails on the ground. When Flynn completed the roof, I walked my property as well as the street in front of my house and could not find ONE nail.If you want a professional job, done by professional roofers this is the company to consider.
