I have used them for my windows, siding and gutter replacement and installation. The time between the quote and start of work is slow but the delayed was expected as stated in the contract. The work is very professional, they take the time to explain the process and what the issues are and how to fix them. I was amazed at the cleanliness afterwards. The work is beautiful.

Superior Roofing Inc. put a new roof on my home in April 2010 (for the previous owners). The lead flashing around the chimney is now leaking in to my attic and causing ceiling damage. I've left this company two messages on their answering service and sent them a message using their "contact us" option on their website. They will not return my messages and never answer their phone. Over the last month, I've left two messages, called four times and sent them a message through their website. In the mean time, I've had two other companies who have responded and came to house to give me an estimate. Find another roofing company, this one will leave you behind.

I requested a quote for a new roof and siding in Sept 2020 to be completed in the spring of 2021. Mike Jr (the project estimator) came out and gave us a quote and unfortunately we had to put our project on hold for a year due to Covid. Fast forward to fall 2021 we are ready to move forward with the project. I emailed Mike again at the beginning of October looking for an updated quote and have gotten nothing but the run-around from him for over a month. I shouldn't have to beg someone to do business so I've decided to give my business to another company that will return emails/phone calls and actually show up for appointments. While I recognize that my job isn't necessarily a large job (replacing roof/siding), I still expect a certain level of professionalism from a company that does a lot of business in this area.
