Our garden shed was in desperate need of washing!!My teak patio furniture was neglected for 24 years. I wish I had a before picture but it would be depressing to see. During the snow melting from our last snow storm, I noticed a waterfall coming from one of my gutters due to the overflow of water in my gutters. I immediately knew I had a clog and had to find a company to perform a gutter cleaning for my whole house. I started off by calling another local company first who specializes in gutter cleaning, but were they not only unable to give me a date/time of when they could perform the work, but had me waiting over two weeks to come out even after relaying over my concern about the clogged gutter. I researched other local companies and stumbled upon Arrow Property Services. I immediately gave them a call and in less than 24 hours I had Victor and Thiago at my property to provide me a quote on the gutter cleaning service I had requested. I explained my concern with the clogged gutter and they immediately provided me with a quote for cleaning all my gutters and had me scheduled for the NEXT DAY! These guys are so professional and listened to my concern and took immediate action. The courtesy call to let me know they were on the way, the attention to detail from start to finish was excellent. Scheduling system was amazing, the professional manner in which they run their business, and the online payment system made everything so seamless. Honestly the next best thing would be self cleaning gutters, but their crew was great and I will definitely be using them again for gutter cleaning and other services they provide. If I could give them 10 stars for this experience I would. The whole crew was professional and made me feel like I have known them longer. Thank you so much Victor, Thiago, and crew! The Arrow team was spectacular - the service had to be rescheduled a couple times because of weather, so they ended up coming at the same time we were having real estate listing photos taken. They were more than willing to clean according to the schedule of photos, even though it meant starting from the bottom (not the usual plan). They went above and beyond cleaning things we didn’t even ask about and were incredibly conscientious about wearing booties and closing baby gates indoors. Editing to add to my initial review, in reply to the response from the owner -I absolutely saw you on RT. 1 N, between 3 and 3:30 p.m. (exactly when I posted the initial review) and I witnessed rubbish being tossed from the passenger window.If you would have been honest and just admitted it, I would have deleted this review, but now it stands so your customers know exactly who they are dealing with. I am admittedly not a customer, just a person who cares about the environment.I suggest it is best practice to not have someone in your passenger seat of the company truck throwing trash out the window.
