We can't say enough good things about Iannelli Custom Contracting (ICC). The crew is fantastic and delivers an amazing project. Dave's attention to detail is unmatched and his commitment to quality is unsurpassed.We chose Dave to do a significant remodel at our home. We took out a french door and 10' of load bearing wall and replaced it with a 16' wall of glass that includes a 7' sliding glass door. Dave's absurd commitment to detail ensured that our project went off without a hitch. He helped us find a new engineer after we both noticed red flags with the engineer recommended by the window manufacturer.Once the project started, ICC overbuilt everything, in a great way! They added extra reinforcing walls to ensure that the granite tile bathroom floor on the 2nd floor above the wall would not move and subsequently crack. They put in dual LVL beams to ensure no movement of the home and it all paid off. Nothing moved, not a millimeter.ICC worked extremely well with their subs as well as the subs we used for plumbing and electrical. Dave found us a great hardwood floor team that did an amazing job refinishing the floor that included prior water damaged. He brought a skilled cooper roofing firm to the project that created an absolutely beautiful accent roof. Dave provided, from his own personal stock, an gorgeous set of finished wood for the soffit on the roof. The team has gone above and beyond and even took on completing tasks that the window manufacturer failed to complete and did so without a change order. This speaks to Dave's commitment to quality.We feel lucky to have Dave and his team as the company that completed this work. We love the outcome and it has completely changed our home. Dave and the crew at Iannelli Custom Construction are simply amazing! We purchased a 1980s condo that was in deplorable condition as a result of years of neglect and smoking.The ICC team efficiently & diligently demoed the entire unit down to the studs including removing a half wall and rebuilt from the ground up. They replaced insulation, drywall, flooring, kitchen cabinets, and all doors & trim including adding 2 pocket doors. They painted the entire unit. ICC partnered closely with our window replacement company, plumber, electrician, granite and tile installers and there was never any friction. They also managed the permiting and inspection process.The craftsmanship of the team and their subcontractors is fantastic. They pay attention to detail and take no shortcuts. While the property is intended to be a rental unit, it is a place we would proudly call home.ICC is incredibly trustworthy as well as fair in their pricing. The quality of their work is impressive and we highly recommend them to anyone needing construction services.We can't thank Dave & the team enough for all of the hard work as well as support to help us manage our first rehab!Before and after pictures are included so you can see the amazing work they did. I reached out to Iannelli Custom Contracting in 2020 and set up an appointment to discuss some home improvement projects. Dave Iannelli showed up at my house on time, as promised, and sent me a quote for the projects soon after we talked. I trusted David, so I hired him to work on several projects at my home. David and his team replaced several windows, the front door, and repaired several sections of rotten cedar siding. I brought his team back in 2021 for another project to replace another door. David and his Team are the best. They installed a custom walk-in closet and headboard, including building a barn door from reclaimed wood. They are meticulous, detail-oriented, thoughtful, professional, and worked quickly, keeping the work are clean and organized at all times, and protecting floors, walls, and furniture. They responded quickly to my call and came to look over the area and particulars of the ordering and install of the door. They kept me informed via email about the ordering date , the estimated arrival date and the actual arrival date. They set up the install date and time shortly after.
