Cannot share enough good things about MILAMAKS construction!!! I have had numerous projects done by them including two full bathroom remodels, a custom shed and garage door reframing. Not only the work is done to the highest quality, it is done on time and efficiently!!! Constantine answers every single question I might have and anytime I need any advice I always know who to call. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Fantastic talents and professional workmanship! We had a garage loft conversion to rec/office space and they delivered better than I could have imagined. Despite some permitting setbacks that were out of our control with the city, the project was still completed on time and within budget. For projects big or small, I 100% would recommend to anyone.

The attention to detail is amazing! There were no shortcuts on building my deck, and it came out great. Milamaks Construction took the time to make sure every joist was shaved to be perfectly level and covered with waterproof tape for longevity. You know he goes above and beyond when the building inspector can sign off the permit in only a minute by seeing the build quality. Highly recommended!

We were looking to add a new bathroom upstairs in our Cape Cod home as well as redo the current bathroom in the downstairs. I reached out to Constantin and he immediately responded to my request for a quote. When he arrived I told him what I wanted done and he offered suggestions on what I could do different if I chose. His suggestions were spot on and our end result was not 1 but 2 new bathrooms that exceeded our expectations.
